KSK just put siding, facia, and soffits on our house and did an excellent job. Their crew was friendly, hardworking, and paid attention to the small details. Their cost was also extremely competitive, coming in lower than all other bids we received. We are extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them to others!

KSK Exteriors replaced both our gutters and the fascia wrap. They not only did a fantastic job, but they did it immediately following severe winter weather and completed everything in the freezing cold with several feet of snow on the ground.

KSK replaced the siding, soffits & facia on our home a few years ago. When we had facia blow off during a recent storm, we trusted them to do the repair. They had it fixed within the week!

Very pleased with my new roof. The KSK crew performed the work on schedule and knocked it out in a day. Post job cleanup was excellent and communication was great through the entire process.

I have several 2- story 4-family properties in the S. City with gutter and facia issues that required replacing rotten wood and in some places wrapping existing wood. KSK did a great job on both of them for a fair price. Timeliness of getting a quote as well as communication during the work was also excellent.

They were really thorough when they came to investigate our water intrusion issues. They came up with a plan to address it and showed up to do the work when they said they would. Quality work. Good price. Will use them again and definitely recommend!

KSK replaced 17 balconies, soffit and facia at our condominium. The work was well done and the workers were friendly and polite. When one balcony showed signs of taking water in, KSK came and found the problem and completely repaired and painted the balcony. KSK stands behind its work!

We are very satisfied with the level of efficiency and professionalism the KSK Exteriors workers exhibited as they removed and replaced our roof, overhangs, siding, gutters and downspouts. They had to deal with a couple of bad weather days but did not leave us hanging or flapping in the wind. we would highly recommend KSK Exteriors and would no doubt consider using them in the future!!

KSK answered my call right away and were out 2 days later. Very nice and professional. They did very nice work and responded quickly when there was a minor adjustment. They fixed the issue and the quality was very good.

Hired KSK to do our roof, siding, gutters, and new front porch pillars. Here's my breakdown of their work:

Quality of work- Top notch. No complaints about the work. I noticed some damage on an outside corner and they replaced the piece without arguments. All of the rest of the work looked amazing without issue or mistake.

Price for work- Outstanding. High quality work for a very good price. Additionally, there was an ordering issue that caused materials to cost more than KSK anticipated and bid but they maintained their price, honoring their original bid. Truly uncommon in the contractor industry but highly, highly principled and greatly appreciated.

Timeliness of work- So, it did take a long time to get the work completed but that wasn't KSK's fault. We paid half in April 2021 and the work wasn't complete until February 2022. We picked a tough-to-source siding that caused the major delay. Once all materials were received, the work was done quickly.

Clean up of job- Pretty good. If you're looking for a perfect clean up, zero evidence of work being done, KSK misses that mark. They did clean up pretty well but left quite a few nails, small material offall, and other small pieces of trash.

Communication- This is the lowest scoring category. Communication wasn't absent, but there were several times that it was way more difficult than it needed to be. Due to the material delay, the start date was pushed back several times. When the new expected date would come and no work would start, my wife or I would reach out. Typically, it was at least 2 attempts at contact on our part before we'd hear back. Emails were also jumbled because Karina would email just my wife or just me as opposed to replying all and often start new email threads versus keeping a single thread start to finish. I would say it's nitpicking, but when you've given a contractor a large sum of money, prompt communication is expected, even if it's bad/unwelcome news due to circumstances beyond their control.

Overall, I highly recommend using KSK. They delivered fantastic 5 star work at a great price, stuck to their bid, and made sure we were satisfied.

I had to make a decision to tear down an old two car garage because of a weak roof design from previous owners or rebuild a new one from scratch.
KSK was very helpful a decision was made to tear off the old roof down to the walls and install new trusses and roof.
They were willing to work with me and never tried to upsell.
New trusses, plywood and shingles installed in two days and they cleaned the entire area of debris and hauled off.

Update: I decided to give this company another chance because of the work they did on my neighbors house and I fully intended to amend this review based on that interaction. So, I called them again and made another appointment for this Monday. For full transparency, I even mentioned when I called that I was previously stood up 2 times. I of course left work early for the third time only to have them text me that they were running behind due to rain and would try to come, but if not they would communicate with me the next day to reschedule. No big deal, I understand weather puts you behind and at least they let me know this time....except they NEVER called me back! (Note: This review was written that Wednesday night, 2 days later. It wasn’t until they read my updated review that I was contacted. When I expressed concerns, the interaction was less than professional.) If anyone contacts this company, I hope you have better luck than I did.

I'm actually quite sad to have to write this, from all of the online reviews I had very high hopes of using this company. Unfortunately, though, they never showed up. I made two appointments with them to get an estimate and both times (after I canceled plans and waited on them) they stood me up and never called. The first time I understood because they forgot to take my phone number. The second time, though, there is no excuse to not call me and waste my time. I found this to be highly unprofessional and suppose I will start the search for a new company all over again.

KSK was able to get us a quote the same day we asked. They came out to the house and took measurements. Out of all the other siding companies, we felt they were giving us a fair price. They were very friendly and were fast on completing the project! Very happy with the finished product. Would recommend to anyone and we will be using their services again!

Fully recommend, with professional results and delivery for siding! I had a very difficult siding job, to remove some old clapboard siding and replace it with new siding after other remodeling on a slick and steep roof. I was also particular about the new material for the job, LP Smartside. I had multiple contractors bid the work, all with LP installation experience. KSK was able to provide pictures of their previous work with LP, and the professional results. The finish work on multiple examples was great, and I can only say that the results of mine are on par or better to what they showed in the past. Their prices were reasonable, not the most nor the least, and the results speak for themselves. Karina was super responsive to ensure I had the right information, and understood the timing of the job.
When it came time for installation, the crew was very professional, and Rafael was on site to ensure the job started the right way, and he and Karina checked in several times in person to make sure it went well.
Again, the job was a tough one, and took more than a day. The crew cleaned up very well after the day, even though it was very cold. Zero mess at the end of the workday and end of the job.
From what I can tell, all installation was done properly, with the height from the roof correct, and edges caulked and sealed. I expect the siding to last quite a long time. I will be hiring them again, as I have more window and siding work to be done.

10/10 would recommend! KSK Exteriors did an excellent job repairing our carport. They were quick to provide us with a bid, get the project scheduled and completed. Karina was very responsive, thorough and professional – as were all of the workers on the job. :)

We had a very challenging siding job, which other contractors refused to touch . . . difficult access and extreme heights on a historic home originally built in 1898. Karina and Rafael provided outstanding consultation regarding how to best accomplish the job, including helping us select top quality materials and beautiful colors. They had a very pleasant team who did the work efficiently, yet with great attention to detail. They came back several times to make sure that their work was perfect. Overall, KSK Exteriors is a pleasure to work with and they are well deserving of 5 stars.

I called KSK because they were the only people under "roof repair Affton" who didn't have a closing time, and I was calling after 7. I called for some free advice (had some shingles blow off in a storm, and another storm was coming, so needed to know how to apply an immediate, if temporary fix), not expecting much, but Rafael and Karina said they'd just come right over and take care of it for me for free, since it's an emergency. And they did! Rafael applied a covering to the affected part of the roof and Karina gave us some advice on how to proceed with insurers and estimators going forward, and let us know they would be of service if we needed help with the permanent fix (but didn't push it at all, and would not accept payment for their time). Good people.
