No words. No acknowledgement. It only took him about 20 seconds to get me to walk out the door vowing to never return.
The man behind the counter was not at all helpful, in fact rather dismissive.
I came out ahead even with the additional 45 minutes to drive to home Depot and back.

I've always had good experiences here, 4 to 5 stars. I find the people pretty helpful. Until I needed a sliding door. I may not need 20 doors, just 1, but as a potential customer, I expect a whole lot more from Mark than "about $600. Have to ask the guy's at the front desk about delivery." I stood and waited while he did computer and paper work for 5 solid minutes. No words. No acknowledgement. It only took him about 20 seconds to get me to walk out the door vowing to never return. I owned a retail business for 15 years up to 2018. I'm not a demanding customer because I've been on the other side of the counter. If an employee is burned out, or not interested in dealing with the customers that walk in the door, maybe it's time for a new career. So much for paying extra to buy local.

Pretty simple:

4*8 sheet 3/8 ACX ply $33.00 at Home Depot same ply 23$

$5 per cut, home Depot free cuts.

1/2" dowwl $3.79, Home Depot $1.79

Plus the man behind the counter was not at all helpful, in fact rather dismissive. EVEN with the additional 45 minutes to drive to home Depot and back and a gallon of gas I came out ahead. I guess they think that people don't have a choice... We do!
