Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed via email for yesterday between 2-330pm. No call no show. 3 times their answering service said they were sending a message to call me back. My roof leaks and is covered under their warranty but I cannot reach anyone to actually come and fix it

Vaughn and Edward are excellent!
They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Always replied to my messages promptly.
The roof of my house was replaced entirely in one day. I am very happy with the job. And highly recommend their service.

Hearn replaced our roof. They were easy to work with, did a good job with quality materials, and the price was very reasonable compared to some other high pressure sales companies.

Horrible! Literally no customer service. Technician got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it to our first appointment. He came two days later, took pictures, and promised to call me back that night with an estimate. He never called back. When I called the main number a week later the woman who answered the phone told me "He decided not to mess with it." So basically they decided not to do the job and didn't bother calling to tell me. Pathetic.
