Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed via email for yesterday between 2-330pm. No call no show. 3 times their answering service said they were sending a message to call me back. My roof leaks and is covered under their warranty but I cannot reach anyone to actually come and fix it
Hearn did a great job working with our insurance company to get coverage for my roof replacement. The installation only took a day and overall we were very happy with the whole thing!
