When KPM inspected my roof, Jim found hail damage and helped me deal with the insurance company. They agreed with KPM’s findings and paid most of the costs associated with getting a new roof. His team was so efficient! I left for work one day and came home to a new roof. Couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. Great company to work with. Highly recommend!

He took the time to explain the work that would be done, provided me with a number of options for shingles and soffits, and quoted very reasonable prices. The roofing team was very professional, the work was of high quality and the roof was replaced quickly, in two days as planned. Jim kept me informed regarding the water damage they did find (which was not as bad as expected) and the applicable repairs. Great service, reasonable pricing, good communications! The team also did a tremendous job cleaning up the site before they left. I would recommend KPM Home Improvement to all my Northern VA friends.
