I am so glad I found Kozak Ukrainian Services and took the risk of having them renovate my entire home. Xenya is so skilled at what he does and is a perfectionist. The entire home was gutted and he renovated 5 bathrooms, installed tile downstairs, spackled and painted the entire home and so much more. I am very pleased with the demolition and removal of old tile, laminate flooring and baseboard in my entire 1,521 sq ft house (incl bathrooms). They leveled, cleaned and prepared the subfloor, installed new vinyl planks and baseboard. They removed debris all the while moving furniture, appliances and household items. All done in the most workmanlike, professional and satisfactory manner. And for a reasonable price.

I had my entire home tiled last year. These guys are amazing. They worked tirelessly. They arrived early and left late. The home is a 1975 custom and there were many problems for them to sort out. I was particularly worried about how they would tile up against my vintage fireplace and the result was spectacular. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

These two gentleman were absolutely wonderful when working in my home. They gutted my entire bathroom and rebuilt the entire thing. It was severely damaged due to water, but I will say they did a wonderful job. Fast turn around time, too!! They are very talented craftsmen. I highly recommend them for your home projects!!

We used Kozak Ukrainian for a bunch of projects around our rental home that my Mom resides in. Small projects like hanging stuff on the wall, to medium plumbing projects, chalking, etc. Also, an above garage hanging rack.

They did excellent work! Very professional, friendly, kind and considerate of my Mom’s space. The communication is top notch! And we all know how important communication is with busy schedules!

The price was also right! Or at least I felt it was spot on for the jobs they did at the house.

Really great guys. They were so thorough. I had a few doors that needed to be rehung. They did a great job.

Unfortunately a previous contractor who started our shower renovation in March , did not complete the job despite being paid in full . Jack and his team completed the job in 4 days and it looks fantastic .

The irk was done professionally. The workers are friendly, courteous and finished on budget. I will use their service for any repairs I may need in the future.

Hired them to tile our backyard wall and house. It was around 1000 square foot of wall tile so the project was very big. It turned out amazing and did it very fast. I liked that they paid a lot of attention to detail. I would defiantly hire them back again!

I recently met with the owner of Kozak & was given detailed explanations of services offered. From what I have seen, the quality of workmanship is exceptional. I have several jobs in the works and have confidence that Kozak will exceed my expectations.

Kozak Update:

The Kozak team of professionals arrived to the job site promptly at 7, which was 2 hours from where they lived. This meant they left their home at 5am waking up earlier to prepare their tools for the day.

Upon arrival, they evaluated the projects agreed upon in advance. They worked tirelessly until the jobs were completed to their satisfaction, which was far superior to any work I have seen done by others prior.

Challenges arose due to the customized work that had been done by someone else before them. They mindfully navigated their circumstances until they solved the unexpected problems.

Their attention to detail, resilience, perfectionistic approach to their quality of work, & their unflagging work ethic is astounding.

The told me $60/hr for one guy but after they look at the job they said they needed two guys and it would be $750 flat. That basic math would of been about 6.5 hours of work for both men at $60/hr. They ended up doing the work in 3 hours, it was a bit sloppy and they wouldn't help with anything extra like moving the pallets to the dumpster. With only three hours of work they still charged me $750. They paid themselves $125/hr per man to move some building materials, paint a small wall, and add some parts to a BBQ. I respect they were efficient but their work was sloppy and they overcharged.

I hired Kozak Ucrainian services for a tile work replacement. I moved into a new house and the tiles were way too old. Kozak had it replaced very thoroughly and neat. The work was done in due time as we agreed and the price was very reasonable. I am happy with the services and will highly recommend it to my friends.
