Extremely pleased!!! We recently hired Yurly Koval owner of Koval Solutions, LLC for a full build out of our basement on our recently built new home. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. If only we had been lucky enough have met Yurly prior to building our home!! If we ever build again, we know exactly who we are calling!!

Communication was seamless, he kept us updated on progress and timelines. His entire team (including any needed subcontractors of which he made sure we had only the best) was punctual, worked efficiently without compromising quality, and was respectful of our home.

Yurly is not just a contractor, he is a true craftsman and he exceeded our expectations, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was receptive to our discussion of plans, and provided valuable suggestions that completely enhanced the outcome.

Yuriy is the gold standard of contractors. He took over a project that many wouldn’t, when we had someone completely screw up installing our exterior Hardie siding on our new build. He did what others said they couldn’t, which was carefully remove and salvage like 95% of the material, and then reinstalled correctly, did beautiful work, caulked perfectly, installed pine tongue and groove porch ceilings, shored up the porch roof and installed columns, and did several other things that needed fixing from being done incorrectly by others. He is a perfectionist and doesn’t halfway do anything. He takes immense pride in his work and is truly gifted at what he does. If I could give him 10 stars I would have. He is also the kindest person and very honest and reasonably priced. The value of his work is outstanding! You are lucky if he works on your home!!

Had a great experience with Yuriy on multiple projects throughout the years. Most recently he replaced a window and added two new custom sized windows where there was a wall before. Brought in tons more light into our home and made the front of the home look much better. Highly recommend him and would have him out for more projects if possible.
