Our home projects included reconfiguring a closet, creating a pantry, installing a tankless water heater, separating a shared dryer vent, and repairing the pull down ladder access to the attic. What could have been a messy, drawn out ordeal was a seamless process that was completed in a timely manner. We were kept up to date on who would be arriving and what they would do. My mom and I had our house remodeled,many different aspects, and all were done perfectly. They paid very good attention to our needs. The workers that we worked with were very friendly and professional. The employees are easy to work with and easy to get along with. Called and asked for someone to call me and schedule an estimate for some cabinet and flooring repair work. Clint came out and did an estimate. Joshua came about a week later to do the work. I was surprised they were able to get someone out so quick because you never know with contractors. Joshua repaired my cabinets as good as new. He also put in new flooring that needed to be replaced and put it back better than it was before. I can't say enough about the quality of his workmanship. As others have stated, I had to call twice to get someone to call me for the estimate initially and the price was a little high. But I knew I was paying for a local company who would do good work to protect their reputation, so it was worth it. Would have been 5 stars except for price and having to call back to get someone to call when they said they would.

I paid them several hundred dollars to send a camera down the pipes on my rental property he came and did that but I have yet to get the footage or photos or diagnosis. Michael the plumber made 2 appointments to come back and fix the work but he never showed up either time and has since ghosted me. I call the office almost daily and they always promise to have someone call me back or have the plumber call me but they never do. It has been over a month and I haven’t gotten a resolution or a response yet. I feel completely scammed! Don’t use them!!

This company has a brick & mortar store & they have a person who answers the phone when you call. The lady who answered the phone was very polite & courteous of what I needed. I was told a salesman would call to schedule an appointment and I received a call back within 24 hours. I was impressed with the knowledge & expertise that each member of the team had when it came to answering my questions about my remodeling project.
In my opinion they are the top remodeling company in Conway & Faulkner County.

Professionalism, respect and attention to detail. We had these guys convert a dining room in to a office and build a covered patio and I can not recommend them enough. During this journey Clint and Wade communicated every step of the process and quickly answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. They're not the cheapest guys you'll find in town however you will get what you pay for.

I have been with Kordsmeiers" for over 40 years. They have done many repairs and new construction for me. They stand behind their work. They are very professional. When I had an issue with one of their subcontractors they resolved the problem immediately, to my satisfaction.

KRS was the only remodeler who was willing to tackle remodeling a bathroom in a 100 year old home and still give us everything we wanted in the bathroom. They were respectful and always cleaned up before they left for the day. The KRS team members were all professional craftsmen.
