After Korban Contracting installed our beautiful new roof, it has been noticeably easier for us to keep our home comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer, especially with the attic fan they installed (as well as the ridgeline roof vent). We are on Avista’s monthly bill averaging plan and received a refund of $178 for this last year, and our electric bill dropped $29 per month. Korban’s skillful employees got our roof done quickly and conveniently. We highly recommend this company.

Korban Construction has gone above and beyond for us. The deck they built is absolutely solid and beautiful. They made a few other repairs they saw as potential problems. Our front patio cover partially fell during a recent windstorm and they came out to make it safe before returning to their current job. It’s great to have a group of hard-working, caring and courteous men that do a fantastic job and to know that the completed work is well done! Thanks, guys!
