Brandon and Detailed by Design are top notch when it comes to services. I highly recommend them and plan on using this company on future projects. Brandon helped me with a kitchen and bath remodel recently and everything turned out beautiful as planned. He always had an educated solution to any problem that occurred. I am 100% satisfied with the quality, the work, and the responsiveness and the length of the project. Thanks for improving my space and making it look fantastic.

We work with Brandon and his team a lot for prepping homes, and they always do a great job! They are in and out quick allowing us to get our clients ready for the market! Any realtors out there, I suggest you give him a call!

Horrible communication. Delayed work for months which cost us a lot of money. Brandon and Detailed by Design are not upfront about costs and their ability to complete projects on time. We met with the owner Brandon to address all the issues on the renovations and finally agreed to a resolution which would have still been a loss to us however he reneged at the last minute and did not pay to replace the old furnace he tried to pass off as new. We reported this business to the Department of Labor because of the shoddy work in installing the furnace and because the furnace was old when we paid for a new furnace. The dept of labor confirmed they were not licensed to install the furnace. We paid for a new furnace ourselves and a licensed contractor to install it. Overall a lot of issues and an absolute nightmare. We are still working on recouping some of our costs from this business.
