Konstrukt Construction

We've used these guys for several projects. They replaced our roof and help on a few other projects in our house. They are professional, fast and provide quality work. Also very affordable! I will continue to use Konstruct for all my home repairs!

Manny and his team have always done great work. From redoing a whole unit that was destroyed by fire and smoke, to responding immediately for a broken water main. Replaced all cracked stairs in 12 stairwells (168) in just one weekend. Retiled two of my bathrooms along with replacing all the valves. Konstrukt Construction can do it all.

Manny knows what he is doing! Have been working with him for years on dozens of peojects and have never gotten a complaint on his work. You’re in great hands with these guys.

Even though I went through another co to have my garage roof replaced, Konstrukt Construction did the work. They were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. I can certainly recommend them.

This is the worst company! They are doing the apartments I live in. They started by taking everything off of the roof back in January and leaving it exposed. We have since had multiple, severe leaks throughout the entire building causing damage to the apartments that cannot be fixed until the job is done. It's in the 90's outside and about the same or worse inside the apartments because we cannot get our ACs hooked up until the roof is done. They have supposedly ordered the wrong materials to finish and so we sit and wait, miserably in the heat! I have personally called to speak with someone on more than one occasion and have gotten no response and they don't respond to the apartment management either. There is a small amount of materials that they've left sitting outside for over 3 weeks that is getting damaged which makes me think we will wait even longer for them to reorder it yet again. I don't know how they haven't been sued or held responsible for the damaged caused from either their lack of experience on a project this big or if it's just lack of caring since they've already been paid for the work. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will continue to call because they have left us in sub par living conditions for months!
