Professional and thorough with my home inspection. Took about a half day to complete the inspection and then met for about 30-45 mins to go over all the findings. Well worth the money spent and I will defiantly go with Kona Coast Inspections in the future!

Brook is amazing! He was incredibly thorough and patient enough to explain it all as well. He gave us a detailed report of everything with photos - so much so that a contractor quoted us for the broken electrical work just off of Brook's report! The property we purchased had not had anyone living in it for awhile and no one know how any of the systems worked so Brook had to really dig into this house to figure it out. I cannot recommend him enough, you will not be sorry!
