Kokopelli did wonderful work on my home. The balcony is over 40 years old and it's a two-story house, but the balcony was starting to fall. He and his crew came out and totally fixed it in one afternoon. When I can afford it, I would like them come out and replace the whole balcony.

Kokopelli also put gravel in the front yard and spread it out nicely.

We've used them for years already. They rate 4 stars and higher. And they have affordable prices too.

I needed some work done ASAP and they got it done fast. Everything always happens on the weekends, nothing ever open. Sef and Eric got it done Monday morning.

Kokapelli contractors renovated my laundry room early this year. Their job far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They listened to the details that were important to me and as they worked checked in with me to make sure I was happy with their work. I had some damage to the floor and they diligently worked to make sure the damage was repaired before putting in the new flooring. I will work with them in the future.

Sef And his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel, front door restoration, and skylight improvement. They are very honest and upfront about what the job will entail and they explain things in a way that made us feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I own a 1940's Territorial Style Compound outside of Santa Fe. Sef and Eric Valdez with Kokopelli have been performing various remodel, renovation projects to the interior and exterior of the house and casita as well as sitework and landscape projects. The historical and architectural nature of the property requires a contractor that performs at a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Kokopelli consistently meets or exceeds my expectations. They are professional, great communicators, meticulous and do what they say they are going to do. They self-perform most of the work (which is a bit rare these days) and when the scope of work requires a subcontractor, they have a dependable and capable group of subcontractors that they enlist for the work. I highly recommend Kokopelli General Contractors.

Had a great experience with Eric and his people. Eric was always there to answer questions and gave us the best service. Still always willing to help and answer any questions we come up with, and did an awesome job at fixing anything that went wrong.

Update: Their attempt to deny the work they did in these reviews is false and pathetic. Not all of these reviews made up similar stories. Come on by and I will show you what they consider a completed job. Sef once again showing his dishonesty. Avoid these people.

BEWARE!!!! Poor quality work and unethical. No idea what they are doing. Please save yourself from a nightmare and go with someone else. Kokopelli will overcharge you for sloppy unlicensed work. Everything they touched had to be redone.

After having my aluminum roof for less than 10 years I am now forced to have it completely redone due to a leak still coming in through the skylight. I have had several roofers out to inspect it and I'll have said it was poor workmanship. When I asked the owner if he had given me a warranty for it, he said there was no warranty. I'm very disappointed to have to get this all completely redone, but it is a lesson well learned, I guess. Hope this review helps others.

Sef and Kokopelli have come through for me often over the years. When I was considering adding onto my house, they recommended a wonderful planner and built a beautiful addition - on time and within budget.. Sef was very good about letting me know when they would be doing what. As problems later surfaced, as they do in a project that size, they addressed them in a timely fashion and often for the cost of materials. Years later when I needed a new roof over the original house, Sef came up with an excellent plan for replacing the asphalt and gravel with a pro-panel pitched roof - and replaced a sunroom with limited usability with a lovely new room.

In February, Sef, Eric and Paul from Kokopelli General Contractors built a portal onto the back of our house. We chose them because of the excellent concrete work they had previously done on our driveway and front walk and other minor indoor projects they had done on our house over the years. Each day, they arrived when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of the day. The portal was beautifully constructed and completed in a timely fashion. They are hardworking and competent professionals with a good sense of design. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Extraordinary service and craftmanship! Sef and Eric from Kokopelli General Contractors recently built my outdoor kitchen, patio and patio walls, and pergola. I was impressed with their pricing, timelines and detail for this large project. My husband and I especially appreciated their willingness to speak up and offer us design options/changes during the construction that they knew would enhance the function and enjoyment of the completed project. The suggestions they made could only come from their years of experience and a keen eye for detail. We remain happy with the outcome and are already planning to have them replace our windows and stucco.

I have worked with Kokopelli Construction on a number of occasions and have nothing but praise the them in terms of their honesty, integrity and the quality of their work. I worked with them first on a major remodel and then on maintenance and improvements to another home. They have always been pleasant, courteous and efficient.

I trust them implicitly as they have never pushed for work to be done outside of what was either necessary of something I had specifically requested. They are thoroughly informed about current building codes and which vendors provide the highest level of products and services.

They treat each job as if they were working on their own home and make repairs even outside of the range of the agreed upon contract. Just as a small example, they noticed I was missing a door stop and installed one with no additional charge.

The quality of their work is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any job regardless of the complexity and scope. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and they have always been pleased.

Eric did a wonderful job remodeling my bathrooms. I absolutely love my new bathrooms. He also did an amazing job applying the back splash in my kitchen. I will definitely use them again in the future for my next projects. I highly recommend Kokopelli General Contractors.
