Tried positioning the house without us there saying he didn't know it was a big deal, paid extra for the amp service line to be incased in pvc (turns out it wasn't), poured concrete at 17° without blanketing so the entire thing cracked, 2 days later they drove over the edge of the concrete breaking it off, wing trusses had a 2 inch gap, 9/16 penny nails running through one 2x4, drywall seams were visible, interior walls bowed outward, painted the house Barney purple by accident then said we would have to pay thousands to have it repainted, fascia and soffit had gaps, uneven cuts and wood showing through, installed the wrong color of carpet, you could see the seams of the 4x8 decking once the shingles were on, were supposed to have a wood beam mantle above the fireplace but installed a broken and glued back together piece of granite instead, and lastly after our lender saw pictures and would no longer lend us the money advising us to not walk but run away they kept more than 10k of our money. Multiple people had to walk away from their homes built by them previous to us. We were not the only ones, just wish we had known that ahead of time.
