Overall, I had a great experience. If there is any improvement to be had, I would say the sales people need to inform the purchaser of the process. I had no idea that one crew would be digging up to my house to put the line in, and then a technician would come to finish up the connection inside. Also, my TV was too old (2016 or 2017) to connect to Anthem wi-fi. The young tech was awesome and helpful. Didn't leave until he had my computer connected to Anthem, and found out why my tv wouldn't connect. I did have to purchase a $40 Roku stick for the wi-fi to connect to my tv. I feel that the sales person should have explained everything from the beginning. Anthem is much faster and more reliable. Glad I got it!

Signing up for new service in Elko for my MIL was super easy. Andre was our service rep and he was fantastic. He even went above and beyond to get same day connection so we had continuous Wi-Fi as we moved MIL into a new apartment. The service techs that came to make the connection were fast and efficient. Just top-notch customer service.

Technician called and arrived in the time stated. Installed quickly and verified working correctly. Assisted with setting up the WiFi pass protection.

This is an edit of my previous one star review for my terrible Wi-Fi service in Idaho. After many complaints over several months some repairs were made to a tower that is visible from my house, and I finally have decent Internet speed. From literally 1 or 2 Mbps (practically unusable) to 30. It has only been two days now so my fingers are crossed.

Waited an entire week for a technician to come out and install wifi on my property. Technician was supposed to arrive anywhere from 1 to 5 in the afternoon today. I called them and they said they would be here before 5. Well it’s 4:55, I can’t call them again because they’re closed and nobody has arrived all day. What a joke

Called about no connection to internet, very little wait for representative to answer. She assisted me with a reboot which did not work and tried a fix from her station which produced no results. Arranged for service rep to come today. Very pleasant and helpful. I tried on my own one more time later and this time a connection resulted. The service rep arrived and checked to make sure that hub connection worked and I still was connected in house. Very good experience today! Thank you.

After I had my appointment, they had it fixed that day They’re very polite, very professional. They absolutely have no problem with them at all.

Awesome service, except we scheduled for 8 am and they eventually showed up at 11am. Kinda sucks because I had appointments in the afternoon so I needed someone 18+ to be here. But my speed test came back amazing compared to what I had.

I have had no problems with blue anthems Internet. My household is very happy and we love it. When talking to them on the phone, they are very friendly and nice and always get the problem fixed.

Internet stopped working. Customer support was very helpful, got me scheduled for Monday. The tech called and showed up almost 2 hours early, which was amazing. It was up and working in less than an hour, after they found the issue. I've had no issues with the service. Sometimes, things just happen.

Props to Chenoa, for helping me with my problems. Chenoa has gone above and beyond to be making sure I was satisfied with the problems I encountered. From the moment they’ve picked up the phone, listened, their guidance and until the end. Listen to instructions and you will get results.

Great service. Runs steady for the most part. Customer service and Tech departments have been very responsive and helpful. Reasonably priced. Cant go wrong here.

I’m paying about $5/mo more than I was with my previous provider. I pay for the cheapest plan available but it’s all I need AND bad weather no longer means bad internet! I did lose service due to a broken fiber or something for a day or so but they came out and got it fixed the day after I called. they even did what they could without me needing to be here and it was up and running when I got home

Anthem fiber has been the fastest internet I've ever had!! If you don't care about getting flagged, then this is the choice for you. I'll explain why you could get flagged if you get anthem:

TL;DR: They blob you along with a lot of other people because internet addresses are getting scarce. If you are a casual googler/movie watcher, anthem is for you. But if you *really* care about your internet reputation (ex. with social media companies), it is not for you.

When you sign up for internet, you are assigned an address by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) called an IP address. Type 4 (IPv4) addresses are becoming scarce because there are only about 4.3 billion total addresses possible. Type 6 (IPv6) addresses fix this by providing, basically infinite, addresses.

Anthem assigns you a type 4 address to eliminate cross-compatibility issues with most websites, and because they have a limited number of IP addresses they are able to assign, they assign multiple customers to one address.

This is bad because if one customer does something bad on the internet, like going to a bad website and getting flagged, all of the customers on that IP address get flagged for what that person did. Likewise, if a customer who is on that IP address gets banned from a social media website for breaking their rules, for example, if you were on the same IP address as them and logged in to your account of that platform, you would get falsely banned because of ban evasion.

I am not saying anthem broadband is bad for assigning multiple customers to one type 4 address, however. There is just simply nothing they can do about it. If you really care about your accounts and don't care as much about cross-compatibility, either ask a technician at anthem to give you a type 6 address and remove your type 4 address, or use a different provider.

We could not be happier!! You have awesome employees which is remarkable today. Everyone from beginning to end was absolutely great!!

Its as simple as checking your acutally connection with a speprate device and you. An easily see that your 135$ a month for 1 gigabyte internet is only at 300 to 500 megabytes on a good day. This company just like cox communitcations is a scam and if you call them to try and bring this up to them they will claim your not being acurate becUse the can see on there screen what i pay for but in reality if you buy 1 gig internet it should download 100 gigs in 13 mins but ieven with a upgrade it still takes half the day wtff i gwt were in elko but theres wifi that works just fine hwre and this is not it.

Anthem offers extremely fast optical internet at a competitive rate. The technicians are extremely helpful and always punctual when scheduling a visit. Thank you Anthem

Anthem Broadband provides absolutely The Best Customer Service Experience and the Best fiber optic WiFi service in Elko and Spring Creek Nevada. The whole team in Elko and Idaho, went through very tough times trying to connect me according to homeowners association guidelines, but they did it ! And forever I am grateful for. Thanks to All of You, You the Best People and excellent fast WiFi.

Edit *1/13/2025* Zero help or reason as to why my server is bad in the evening. They just tell me to restart my modem which fixes nothing. I have not got the speed I'm paying for in over 3 months. Its a real shame...

Edit *12/6/2024* - For the past month and 1/2, I have been dealing with slow speeds in the evening. I have been texting with support but I feel like I'm getting no answers or reason for the slow speeds. We are talking speeds going down to 2mbps. It is very frustrating to deal with, since these are slower speeds than when I was with Frontier. It would be nice to get some kind of answer as to why this is happening. Its a bad feeling to be paying for a speed and not even getting what you are paying for.

The install was clean and professional. You can't really tell they were there. No issues so far. Still waiting for a call about the referral information.

Anthem has a reliable staff who follow through with what they say they will do. They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend them. Nick Czegledi. Additionally I am trying to link cameras to the internet and am having great difficulty. I contact Anthem at 04:00 a.m. not really expecting a response, but lo and behold I get an answer. Whoever it was great and helped me fix my problem. Can’t ask for any better service than that!!!
