Erica helped us buy our home 3 years ago. We were living in another state and had crazy schedules, she ALWAYS accommodated us and our crazy schedules! One time she was unable to meet with us and had another person show us homes to accommodate our schedule! She showed us MANY homes. She helped through the process with the funky sellers lol. I cannot get this team to help me sell my house. I called for the first time 2 weeks ago and spoke with a nice agent who came to my house the next day to do an assessment. She said she would email me her results of the assessment and tell me how much my house was worth. A week passed and I heard nothing. I called her and she apologized and promptly emailed me her results.

Only her email was sorely lacking gramatically correct commas and it made it extremely hard to read and understand. The only thing I understood from it - I think - was she was telling me to sell my house privately. Didn't even tell me how much my house was worth. That didn't make sense to me, because I know we have equity and the house is stick-built in a good location. I called her to have her explain her email to me. No answer, so I left a message. After no return call a few days later, I called - no answer - and left another message. A few days later with no return call, I called a 3rd time. No answer.

Fed up, I called someone in the team's head and asked for a new agent. I was told one would get back with me "shortly". That was 24 hours ago, and with the work day coming to a close, with a weekend to follow, I can trust I made a wrong choice going to this team first. I'll see if Remax is any better.
