We are a nonprofit organization that helps seniors and Nevadans access critical resources across the state. Our team travels extensively throughout Nevada, often in extreme temperatures, to reach rural communities in need. They removed the old tint, put new tint on and it looks amazing. They remained in communication throughout the process.

Second trick i have taken to them. No bubbles and clean sharp line on the trim cuts. I get the tint that matched the factory rear window and legal. All done in a timely manor. With a fare price to boot. They are friendly and helpful to make sure you get what you want it to look like.

Called and was booked for the following week, wonderful customer service, quick, and over all very polite. The window tinting was on point as well as the decal application. They make sure to tell you if you have any issues with the service you can contact them to get things fixed or answer any questions.

There was an issue with my daughter’s truck window and it scratched during tinting. So the team called and told me they were going to have the window replaced and retint it for the original price quoted. It hard to find a company that is willing to own its mistakes let alone fix them on their dime. I will forever send my business to cool shades. I have gone to this phenomenal family owned business for years, and numerous vehicles. They are phenomenal to work with, have great communication, stand by their work, and just all around amazing. I recommend them to anyone!!!!

Had my windows tinted by these place. Worst tint job ever. My driver side window had gap in it and instead of fixing tint they took some paint to gap to try and cover it. Back window tint they jus tinted over window glue now it's peeling. Place is a joke, people should stop going to this place. Talked to owner and he didn't want to fix jus said no one will notice.

I came in after work and they were able to get me set up with an appointment quickly. They gave me lots of info and showed me examples to help me make a decision for the tint. I decided to get 5% on the back and 15% on the front. It took less than 2 hours and was very simple. Picked it up and was immediately very pleased with the job. I would definitely recommend this place for any tints, very friendly and straightforward.

The first time they tinted the windows everything was great except for 1 major flaw, they covered the rear brake light! Then they offered to fix it for free. I said ok. Now the back window does not match and the rear brake light is damaged and still mostly covered by tint. Why would you cover a brake light?!

First off I’m not one to do reviews a lot on anything or anyplace, after yesterday just had too. Had around 7 cars done there and yesterday I think maybe #8, idk. Every job has been done same day and have never had any issues with peeling or fading, nothing on any of them. I dropped my 96 ZJ(Grand Cherokee) off which had been tinted around the same time early man discovered fire. 5 windows had to have the prehistoric tint removed and I am sure mad prep on the remaining. Absolutely amazing job and amazing still it was done between 9 and 4. The tint job is worth more than the Jeep it’s on! If’n you need tint go here. Scheduling has been little far out but that’s what happens when the work is many much bestest. Thanks guys

This place is amazing. This is the 3rd vehicle they have tinted for me. Tint is priced very well. And the job has always been done same day. Always looks amazing and is very high quality. Going on 3 years with the subaru and no issue's at all. They use high quality materials and the owners are very friendly. They worked with me on my schedule and got my Tahoe in no problem. Only place I will take my cars for tint!

This is our 2nd vehicle that has been to Cooler Shades for window tinting. They do an amazing job. We highly recommend them. We have never had any problems or issues. We have had a Cadillac XTS and Tesla done and couldn't be happier!!

These guys are great! High quality work and fast service. You get your vehicle back the same day you bring it in. If you aren't sure what to get, ask the owners and they will definitely point you in the right guy direction.

Amazing tint service! I've had 4 vehicles done there and will definitely be going back again. They are booked a bit but they are also good about squeezing you in if they have a cancelation. Great service and great people. Would recommend!

Excellent customer service he came in on his day off a Monday due to my work schedule,he was super professional, super fast, high quality tint, best available on market, heat shrink it so fast, rear defroster lines are perfect, work is really impressive and fast, cleaned up afterwards, new shop is fantastic, couldn't be happier with the tint and the work he did, and all at a very affordable price really impressed with this place!!! Will recommend and take other vehicles to, also better price than other place in town.

By the time my car left it looked as if they hadn’t even shampooed the seats. I noticed the separator that goes in my center counsel was missed so I went back in and asked for it, the girl at the front couldn’t find it and said she would look for it and call me back tomorrow, never heard from them again. I paid a lot to have a poor job done and to lose parts of my car. Was not impressed, will never go back.

Amazing customer service. Fast and accommodating. Shop is clean and they have a spot for you to relax while your getting your vehicle worked on. I would recommend this shop over and over! We will be returning customers! You won’t go wrong!

Had a fabulous experience with cooler shades, took my car to the shine shop to get the windows tinted, it was there all day, when i picked it up there was dirt in all the tint, l called cooler shades they got my car in the next day replaced all the tint, it looks amazing, so I had them detail it since the other place got it all muddy, it looks brand new, all of my family and I will take everything we own to them from now on!

Wanted a strip on my windshield and I am from out of town they got me in right away good price and they have a fantastic machine that does the cutting so no guess work. Very good service and professional, fast and good price.
