The cost estimate was fair and did not fluctuate during the life of the project. The team was very professional. knowledgeable, and proficient. The final result is top notch and exceeded what I expected. The entire team from the President (Gregg), Office Manager (Jamie), And installers (Ken & Matt) were extremely helpful and made a difficult project at one's residence seamless. I was surprised how little this project impacted me as I lived and worked at home during the pocess. I am pleased and love looking at the art of a perfect floor.
