Shawn and Antonio from Koala Insulation did an AMAZING job on my attic insulation. They arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, and respectful of my house. I think it’s cleaner now than when they arrived. I am SUPER glad I chose Koala!!!!

I also liked that Shawn came with the sales team, it made everything easier on the installation day. Having someone who knew the layout of the house, helped immensely.

Logan showed up for the appointment right on time . Went into my attic and informed me my insulation was not up to code . The house was built in the late 80s. He recommended removal of old insulation and a solar powered attic fan to improve air flow up in the attic. Sean and his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, laid out plastic and proceeded to blow in 16" of white clean fiberglass. They installed my new attic fan cleaned up and left no trace of their work

Very happy with my service from koala insulation. We recently moved into an older home and once the summer months came the house did not seem to cool down during theday. We called koala insulation to come take a look and get a quote on spray foam. Very reasonable and super professional. We could not be more happy. House stays nice and cool even when its 120 out. This was a pleasant experience. From Logan meeting with me for an evaluation and estimate for my project to Sean and George completing it. Logan was very professional, explaining what would be necessary and furnishing options. My house is 50 years old and only has the initial insulation, which has settled to only 4". Sean and George arrived at the scheduled time. Outlined what they would be doing today and began with the prep work. Today we were having record high temperatures in Las Vegas, you can imagine the dust and dirt build up over 50 years and there was equipment issues with the generator. Sean was friendly and pleasant through out the morning. From my interactions with Logan, Sean and George I would recommend Koala Insulation for your project.

The crew didn't seem like they were very knowledgeable outside the lead. The work they did was sloppy and inconsistent. I had to change my plans for sheathing my shed due to the sloppy work. In their defense they did offer to clean it up but I just wanted them gone from my property because I had to leave. I prefer someone that does a clean job up front.
