I initially needed three small cedar pieces replaced on the gable above my garage, and they not only reattached them but also applied a fresh coat of stain for a flawless finish. During the roof demolition, two additional pieces were accidentally removed and discarded, but the team went above and beyond by returning to replace them promptly.

What truly sets them apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. After I expressed concerns about the gable’s color, they repainted the entire gable in a new shade I preferred, ensuring it matched my vision perfectly. Zac was great as well to work with he made sure the crew was here on the day he promised. He came back a couple days later to make sure it was completed perfectly, which it was. Isiah was Great! Came out with a prompt response to an inspection & estimate request. He quickly identified source of leak. Advised me how to easily fix myself. A couple roof nails in flashing with some caulk over nail heads. Fixed it myself, he even offered to take a phone call if I had any issues. It saved me over $2,000 compared to a quote received from another roofing company! I now know a guy who really knows his stuff! Also happens to be a trusted advisor. I would definitely recommend.

Really Bad Service. Scheduled appointments 2 times and no one showed up. Get message 15 min before my appointment with confirmation and then 30 minutes later get a message again that they can't show up even after confirming the appointment. Really abd communication and they going to waste your whole day with fake appointment confirmation.

The workmanship was high quality and customer service was superb. The roof is better than the original roof when the house was built.

Isiah my man!! what a pleasure to work with...my whole neighborhood got destroyed by a hail storm..I am out cleaning up and the piranhas were walking up and down the street handing out cards...I told one after another can I clean up my yard before you pounce....everyone kept telling me I better hurry up or Insurance might not cover...Then Isiah walked up just had a casual conversation and seemed to care...I knew immediately he was my guy...called him next day and had 2 neighbors contact him also...great experience and would highly recommend

I have worked with Know A Guy on my previous home and when a storm came through in March of this they were the ones I was going to call to check my roof over but the owner Brock beat me to it and called to see if he could of help with a free inspector as they were going to be in the area. We set something up that day and then Dominic followed up and took over, the entire Team from beginning to end have been amazing from the folks in the office (Maya), to the team on the roof were nothing short of amazing. They even corrected some previous repairs that were not done correctly the first time, this speaks volumes about a Company and the people they employ who are willing to do the right thing. The after work follow up has been great with them as well ensuring that everything is/has been done to our satisfaction. I will whole heartedly recommend this company for work and will call them in the future for additional exterior work.
