Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement and patio. Patrick is a great listener, natural problem solver, and was very responsive. His crew (and subs) were genuinely nice people. They hit the mark exactly on the final "look" of both of our projects. Thank you Patrick!

We recently used KMI Construction for a large kitchen remodel and bathroom update. The company took our kitchen down to the studs, removed a bathroom and walls and also ripped out the tile flooring. Then they brought our kitchen up to code on electric and plumbing. They installed drywall, new floors on the main floor of the house , all new plumbing and all new electric. We also had new cabinets installed and closet systems that they assisted with. Patrick Kuyath, one of the owners, went above and beyond to make our project run smoothly, stay on budget and on time. The project manager, Mike , worked equally hard to keep the lines of communication open and the project running smoothly. The crew we had , Heleo and Houston and the electricians and plumbers were friendly, trustworthy and on-time. This is the second time we have used KMI, we previously used them for a master bathroom remodel at our previous home. I cannot recommend them enough. Their prices are competitive and they are all very trustworthy and honest.

Patrick from KMI repaired my roof. He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I had 2 other estimates from other companies and they wanted to charge a great deal more. When the time comes for me to replace my roof I will be getting them to do it . They definitely won me over. I highly recommend them.

This company is awesome to work with. If you are looking for quality & efficient work... yes, a construction company that is actually timely, then look no further. They go above and beyond all expectations & even handle conflicts positively with the neighbors who might be unintentionally inconvenienced by all their work trucks. An entire house remodel including basement, that is finished in 6 months. They can do it! Highly recommended Patrick & his entire crew.

KMI responded to my inquiry almost immediately and sent out a representative to perform an inspection on my roof within 24 hours. After providing me with a comprehensive set of options, I was able to select a solution that fit my budget.

Within a little over a week (we had some rain), the crew came out and quickly got to work. By mid-afternoon, I had a fixed roof and an eased mind.

If you want a company that doesn't mess around, go with KMI.

I was very happy with the finished product. The roof looks great, the price was reasonable and, unlike other contractors I've worked with, KMI stayed on schedule and on budget! A+

We had our gutters replaced by KMI. Ed was very helpful. Gave us options and didn't try and sell us anything that was not needed. They were very efficient and tidy. Other than brand new bright white gutters you wouldn't of known they were here. I would definitely recommend them and keep them in mind for future projects.

We replaced our siding, soffit, and fascia for our entire home using KMI as well as our gutters. They were excellent. Everything looks tight and clean. Their crew did a good job cleaning up their debris and they even came out on a Sunday to finish the job after several days of rain. Reasonable price compared to other bids we received-lower middle of the bids received. Finally Ed Miranda was very responsive to all questions and concerns we raised. He made sure all of our requests were met.
I would recommend using them.

We used these guys to install a new garage roof. To make a long story short, they went above and beyond from start to finish. Great customer service and quality of work.

KMI instruction has been amazing to work with, lets just say that we had 4 other roofing companies in to estimate on a leak around the chimney and only one other company was able to identify the problem. Too bad for this other company b/c they give a price on taking care of it, nearly 2x what KMI was going to charge. Furthermore, none of the other companies identified the need for a lead steak replacement, which was the first thing exterior inspection, oh, and Ed from KMI noted, without cuing. Not only have i been so fortunate to have gotten in contact with KMI, but, as I have referred this company on, I have heard nothing but wonderful reports as feedback. How awesome is that?!
KMI is scheduled to do a full roof replacement for our home next week, and I can relax, knowing we are in good hands. Thank God for Ed and KMI!
