Jacob was so kind & helpful! He helped reattach our gutters on our house that had come unattached over time. He came & helped us after normal work hours to make sure the job was done in time for us to sell our house. We’re now getting a quote for a fence from him because he was so great! We had a deck on our house that was old and falling down, and Jacob‘s concept for a new deck was outstanding. When we were uncertain about how to deal with water runoff below the deck and how we could use the area underneath, he came up with a great idea that gave us an additional usable space that we had not planned on for a relatively low cost.

The things that I appreciate most about my experience with Klein Family Construction are Jacob‘s integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm for his work. He is also prompt in a good communicator.

Jacob and his team came out to our neighbor’s house and installed a new fence between our yards. It looked so good that we are going to have him build a privacy fence and gate for us too. I was shocked by how fast they were able to knock out this project and the quality of the work is INCREDIBLE. Jacob was very kind and professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Klein Family Construction, LLC and Jacob deserve a ten out of ten. From start to finish, I knew I could trust my home to them. He was thorough and informative in the planning phase, and then during the construction of my privacy fence, meticulous in the details. Jacob and his crew replaced the damaged siding on our front dormers and on a small patch on the back of the house. They did a great job, Jacob talked with us about different material options for the replacement and what he did to keep the water damage to keep from reoccurring. They finished a day earlier than planned, cleaned up and it’s like they were not even there. I certainly can recommend them.

Jacob and his team did an excellent job with our backyard. Our fence was rotting and our entire backyard was covered in concrete with a giant stone patio that was starting to crack. They removed the fence and broke up all the concrete and put up a new fence. Jacob was great—talking us through potential options for the yard and fence, working with the permit office and our neighbors, and more. We definitely plan to use Klein Family Construction for future projects.

I would most definitely recommend Jacob for your next project! He worked on multiple projects for us and is so thorough and detailed. He provided detailed quotes and communicated dates for the projects. He remodeled our master bath and upgraded our fan and venting in bathroom. He also installed 2 French doors and repaired our chimney. He also replaced our double deck and screened in a portion of the top deck with a beadboard ceiling and a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. He installed flood lights and motion lights as well as built a workshop under our deck. He is honest and respectful and will do an amazing job for you! We felt like he was part of our family by the time he completed our projects.

Jacob did an awesome job on my screened porch. He was very detail oriented and accurate in his assessment of what I needed for my limited space. After watching Jacob and his team work on my neighbors house I asked him to quote painting my entire house. I m so glad I did. After reviewing several bids I ended up awarding Klein Family Construction my business. His price was fair, the contract was extremely detailed and there were no surprises. Jacobs communication is definitely a strength. Not only did Jacob paint my house he fixed everything I had been meaning to do. He didn’t paint over rotten wood, or cut corners. We live in a house that’s more that 100 years old, and our dog jumped on the original front door so much that the glass slipped leaving a gap to the outside world. Jacob and Klein Family Construction came out and talked us through our options, gave a fair price and set a timeline for the repair of our door. Jacob took so much care in making sure we felt secure while the door was being repaired offsite, and the finished product looks amazing. I truly appreciated his willingness to come out and discuss the project and to listen to what we were looking for, our budget and to lay out what our options were—while also prioritizing maintaining the history of the house. Jacob arrived promptly at my house after contacting him with a need to replace my bathroom door. A standard bathroom door would not fit so Jacob customized the standard door to make a perfect fit. He was the consummate professional, and I will definitely be calling on him in the future.

Jacob did an AWESOME job pouring 3 sets of concrete steps at my front doo, back door and kitchen door on the side patio. Everything looked as good as new! So polite and professional!! We are already planning my next project. I cant wait!!
