My mom's roof in Knox was leaking. I was trying to coordinate immediate repairs from Seattle. Called 4 other places and left messages but never got calls back. KJL picked up the phone and made arrangements to come look. Six hours later, her roof was repaired for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
