We had our hot water heater rust out and slowly start leaking. Did our homework, and Jim at Kizen was able to quickly give us a good price, find a replacement tank of the right size, set up an appointment for the next day, arrive on time, and he got the job done right! Will be using Kizen again.

Searched for good, local plumber - found them through online reviews. Each cited "Jim" as great, skilled, prompt, fair, etc.

Called Kizen tel#, Jim answered.
Gave me a 2-4pm appt slot for next day. Showed up at 2:07pm.
He did all the work (3 things) in 45 mins; clean, thorough, explained options.Everything works.

He charged me the min fee quoted on phone.

There is some additional, unrelated work that I will have him back for.
Would recommend without hesitation.

We've used Kizen Plumbing in the past, they have always been reliable and do excellent work. A few days ago, we discovered that the water pressure going into our house from the city is 100psi, which is apparently way too high. Another plumber quoted us over $1000 to install a pressure regulator for the house, including over 6 hours to do it. Kizen did it for $450 and completed the job in an hour or so.

I used Kizen Plumbing to repair my tankless water heater. I found Jim to be very personable and easy going. He was on time and did an excellent job in fixing my heater. Best of all, there was no overselling or pressure to do unnecessary work. Thanks Jim.

We did a major House renovation In Redondo Beach. It is a 3000 square-foot house, every single bathroom was gutted, every single wall was removed, and we completely removed every bit of old plumbing in the house. Jim was our plumber to replace all of it. Including installing the new hot water heater, all piping, all showers faucets tub install, etc. We have 3.5 baths. Jim is a rare plumber that is a great communicator, and gives you the pros and cons of anything you have a question on. He was timely, and anything that needed a small adjustment, he was quick to stop back by to adjust. He would be great for any level of job from a brand new house build or to a call to address a leak, or replacement or repair of any fixture. He can handle it at any level.Great guy, and great work.

Jim at Kizen Plumbing does a great job, He was recommended by my son in law who has used him for several years. He recently fixed a tricky sump pump problem for us. Not only are his prices reasonable but he is also very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend using Kizen for a plumbing problem.

Jim is the best plumber. When there is a problem, he just figures it out without worrying you, the home owner. He helped me out with a couple issues and I hired him for a major upstairs remodel. He handled splitting this one large bathroom remodel to two bathrooms (smaller full and master bathroom) like mcgyver. And not only is he a great plumber, he is a kind person. I HIGHLY recommend.

Kizen has performed all of our plumbing needs including water, gas and sewer. They provide accurate estimates and then completed the jobs when promised. Plumbers have stayed late several times to complete a job on time. No job has ever required rework or repair once completed. We highly recommend them.
