My first time with company. Unimpressed with team sent to do contracted work. Didn't do what was promised. Arrived late and rushed to finish since it was the end of the day. After my inquiry, somebody did come back to finish some of the missed areas. They left the area dumping their chemicals on driveway and didn't cleanup. Identified deficiencies with company and had office but no owner/management response. Will not use again.
KMR's professionalism is outstanding. After 2-3 years without a roof treatment, a thick layer of moss was accumulating on the edges of the roof shingles and needed to be removed/cleaned. KMR sent at team of 4-6 employees (it varied during the day) in mid-Jan 2021 who worked all day cleaning our home and garage roof in addition to the upper roof gutters. The end result is outstanding. Every aspect of working with KMR was high quality and we plan to continue to work with them regularly to keep our roofs and gutters clean. Thanks KMR for your terrific service.
