This was our second time with Kitsap Construction for roof repair. Our first project was low bid, excellent repair, and easy to work with. Our most recent project, facilitated by Amos Peterson, also went well. Highly recommend. Now ... here's an unusual back story to this project: Following other bids, we went with KC. The project would likely be a one day and required changing our roof tiles. The bid was fair and below others. As the work commenced, the repair required less time and less material. We paid in cash. Following, I contacted Amos directly and shared concern about the difference between the bid and the actual job. Amos offered a partial refund. And with out any negotiable back and forth, his solution was truly fair. I have never seen this type of honestly and customer service before in any service. I was impressed.

As a result, we will continue to work with kitsap construction due to this type of service.

Our family lives in the Island Lake / Ridgetop area of Silverdale. We had a vantage point to observe Joey and his team at work on our neighbors house prior to them doing our roof. What I observed added to my confidence they would do a great job on my roof.

From start to finish, Joey communicated in a timely and professional manner. He and his team were efficient, taking only two days for a full roof replacement. And his pricing was very fair.

He also clearly showed his roofing experience & expertise as part of his initial evaluation and advising. I had several roofers on my roof prior and only Joey identified the fact that our roof had aged prematurely, with shingle loss that was indicative of a bad batch of shingles deserving consideration of looking into possible warranties.

Here's a fun fact...there was a surprise of snow during the night...it wasn't in the forecast (see picture). Because Joey decided to protect the bare roof from dew overnight for his crews safety the next day, they were able to remove the tarps and get to work. I believe most roofers would not have gone to the effort to tarp the whole roof and wold have been delayed by the snow. But not Joey and team!

Great communication, solid answers to our questions, great experience all around. Thanks for the peace of mind Joey and Crew!

If you are in need of a new roof, I would highly recommend having Joey come out and give you a bid...and then go with him and his team!

Just got a full roof replacement by Joey Easley of Kitsap Construction. We knew right away that we wanted him to do the work, his honest rapport is unmistakable. He thoughtfully provided a written quote, and completed the job quickly and at the price of the quote. He explained the problems with our existing roof, how he will install the new roof correctly, he cleaned up all of the debris, explained how we should maintain it going forward and left us with a beautiful new roof! Good help in construction is so hard to come by, so even if you have to wait a bit for an open spot on his schedule, knowing you're getting true, honest work, done right makes it worth the wait. Fast work, affordable price, reliable service.

Joey Easley, the face of Kitsap Construction did a fine job on my roof repair and I would easily recommend him to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
He was very knowledgeable and his price was very fair. He could have tried to talk me into a new roof like the other companies who estimated but I had the roof inspected when buying the house and knew while it was not new it still had some years left in it before having to replace it. I want to do business with a company that I feel I can trust and count on for work in the future. Kitsap Construction seems to be that kind of company.
