I emphatically recommend Jacob Kirby and his partner Chris of Kirby Contracting for all home repairs. I was told about Jacob Kirby after months of dealing with one flakey local contractor after another who would say they’d come by to write an estimate for damages to my home after a wind storm in March 2023 but would never show up or follow up. Jacob both advocated and fought for me. He personally dealt with my insurance company and any subsequent claim adjusters. When the big day for repairs came, Jacob and his crew descended like a hive of bees over my house. A weeks worth of work was easily completed in a couple of days. He went above and beyond on even the smallest part of the project. He also went out of his way to both seek and include my input into the project. I would readily seek Kirby Contracting’s services in the future. In fact I’m currently doing just that in light of a recent hail storm that damaged my roof. I’m in very good hands with Jacob Kirby. Give him a call and you will be too.
I’ve been working with Jacob for more than 3 months. I contacted him online after a home inspection revealed a wind damaged roof. I filed an insurance claim and he had a representative there on very short notice to meet with the inspector. My claim was initially denied and Jacob worked with the insurance adjuster for months to get an approval. He kept me up to date the entire time. Once approved, the supplies were delivered the next day and the roof was completed on the first non-rainy day. The yard was absolutely spotless. No mess to clean up at all. Jacob went above and beyond for me. And of course the roof looks great. I’d recommend him to anyone!
