Ryan and his crew did a fabulous reroof for me. They put in sorely needed venting and took great care of my property during installation and clean up when done. No worries of nails in my tires. The cost was what I expected with no surprises. I highly recommend Kings Roofing for all these reasons as well as I was informed through the process of what to expect and what was going on.

We loved our experience with Kings Roofing! They were able to come out super quickly and repair exposed fasteners on our roof. They were great communicators and the process was smooth and painless!

There were some problems with the insurance company but Ryan was able to take care of the problem. Once the project started, it took just two days to remove the old roof and put the new roof on. I thought that was fast for a 3,500 sq ft house. The old roof vents were too small so new larger ones were installed that met current building codes. The house stays cooler in the summer now. All the old roofing material was cleaned up after the job was completed. If you need your roof replaced or repaired, you will get great results with Kings Roofing.

I had a minor roof issue, and Ryan from Kings Roofing and Contracting took care of it quickly and professionally. He was super friendly, responsive, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need — which I really appreciated.

Even though it was a small job, Ryan treated it with the same care and attention you’d expect on a much bigger project. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless when he was done.

Ryan was excellent to work with. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and gave us an estimate. He even provided us with his insurance information during the signing of our contract. He was able to get to our roof in a timely manner. His crew worked hard, was kind when we needed to come or go during the process, and they did a great job cleaning up after. Kings followed through on everything they promised. They worked diligently, cleaned up so well you could not even tell anyone had been there, and we would recommend them to anyone. We appreciated that there was always someone around who spoke English and that they expect their workers to focus on work, not smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol or play music. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ryan and his team did a fantastic job helping to get the hail damage to my roof covered by my insurance company. Ryan was always available to discuss the next steps in the insurance process, which was greatly appreciated. Once the claim check was received, they had the job scheduled within the week. My roof has a crazy pitch to it (it is really steep), yet the company got everything done in less than 3 days. They are great at communicating, and I feel that they won't recommend work that is not necessary. They even finished a few extra things that they noticed, and did not charge extra for them. Overall, the roof seems fantastic, there is a workmanship warranty on it to ensure the roof was put on well. I have already referred a neighbor, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs an honest opinion on anything regarding their roof. Thank you Ryan!

I could not recommend a better person and more qualified contractor. Ryan recently replaced our roof for us. I messaged Ryan and he set up a time to come meet with us shortly thereafter. He and Daniel, his brother in law, spent time talking with us. They are both genuine, professional, enjoyable, approachable, and easy to talk to. Ryan presented a couple of different roofing options to us and shared his opinions when asked. Ryan even brought shingle samples with him so we could get a feel for the different shingle styles and levels. In addition to offering fantastic client service, Ryan's quote was very reasonable. Ryan and his brother are quite a team! The company was very thorough and fast. Ryan goes above and beyond! Not only does he quote the bid, he meets with homeowners and addresses concerns, calls the insurance company with you and is there for entire process to ensure a smooth transition and make sure the homeowners are happy. From the initial discussion, through the insurance claims process, to his team’s actual work, it was seamless and easy. Kings Roofing and Contracting painted the exterior of my house last week and did a fantastic job! This was more than just painting, it included pressure washing and preparation, prior to painting. I have never seen so much caulking, sealing, sanding - it was great. I knew my house was going to be in really good shape once the paint came on.
