I highly recommend this company. I had a large branch put a hole in my 4 year old roof. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the roof was repaired expertly. I can't tell the difference. Then after the last storm some shingles and metal were lifted off a dormer and again, they came and repaired my damage. If you are thinking of using them for your roof, feel confident.

I recently had some root repair and new gutters put on my home. Kingdom Roofing was the company I chose to work with and I made the right decision. From Christy getting everything started to Melissa following through on the timing of the work and making sure that what I wanted was what I got. The gutter installers were terrific, they communicated everything that they were doing and cleaned up as if they were never there. Cameron was the point person and did the repairs on my roof. We had an urgent issue during a recent storm with water coming through the roof and into our kids bedroom. I found Kingdom Roofing on our neighborhood Facebook page and called immediately. Ryan was quick to respond to my message and was able to come the next day to inspect our house. He found the issue and answered all my questions. Great customer service and quick response time will have me calling again if needed!!!

Called to set up an estimate was told 10 took time off work waited till 11:20 called the office the people there very polite well spoken told me they need to contact the sales person they called me back and said he missed me on the schedule and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule I said no that I would find someone else who can show up.
I believe in first impressions and you failed miserably it could have be a 30 to 40 thousand dollar job but I'll just find someone else more responsible and before you say you don't have my last name it's cheek

We needed a section of our roof to be replaced.
We requested Kingdom Roofing come out and quote us the work, repair or replacement.
1. They sent over Blade who inspected the roof as per our request and provided a quote
2. The report that was compiled whilst onsite was very complete and used a drone to get multiple photos to communicate and show the roofs condition
3. The options for materials, manpower and other items to complete the job were clearly provided in the quote / report.
4. The options for finance if we chose not to pay cash were clearly provided
5. Once we verified and confirmed to have the roof replaced and how to pay, we had about 1 month wait (mostly for county permits)
6. The materials were dropped off at our location and about 2 weeks later the new roof was put on.
7. The work crew were very fast, polite and professional.
8. Each time my wife or I contacted Kingdom about a request, we had a response within an acceptable timeframe (about a day or so for email and much quicker by phone).
9. At the completion of the job, we are extremely happy with the process, it did take some time to have the work start from approval being given though.
Finally, as a person who works in Project Management, I understand the different steps and government layers that need to be completed before starting the job onsite.
All up, I am extremely happy with the whole process that Kingdom has presented us and with the end result.

I wanted to take a second to extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone at Kingdom Roofing for offering us such a delightful experience and an absolutely fantastic product. The entire company really nailed it in every aspect of the process from the initial estimate to the financing arrangements, to the roof installation and clean up. Their dedication to us as their customers was an extremely pleasant surprise, their quick and concise communications, tips, and willingness, and their keen ability to work with us through all the hiccups and snags along the way helped us as new homeowners immensely. The roofing crew did nothing but work for fourteen hours straight and barely even stopped for drinks of water although it was 85 degrees and sunny all day. The whole team went far beyond anything we could have expected. The new roof with its new venting system provided a highly noticeable change in temperature on our second floor. I'd say it's a solid 30% cooler up there now. The difference is amazing and the exterior view is beautiful. We are very happy with everything Kingdom has done for us. Their hard work and commitment is 100% top notch. If it were up to me, I would say that pay raises are in order all around.

They were here when they said, They did the job quickly and professionally, and cleaned up and did what they promised to do had problems with skylight coming in but came back and installed new one when it came in then sent a carpenter over to trim it out everyone was friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing

I have reached out to Kingdom roofers multiple times regarding a leak from flashing not installed correctly. My request was for them to pay damages and although that may sound a tall order, for a company who claims excellence this should be expected. Poor representation on their part continues as they have refused to acknowledge my concerns… *verified customer -$8060 roof

I had a very awesome experience with this company, If you want a reliable, honest, and trusted company they are the best, they give you update on when thing are going to be done,working with ken morgan He is knowlegable, answer any question you have the crew is the best you will ever find, they did our roof and they worked together and got the job done. it looks great and really happy with there work. they are doing my siding and gutter and will get before and after pic when they finish I will post them. THE BEST COMPANY IN INDIANA

I’m so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company. I have been in tears most of today trying to figure out what to do about the mess they made of my house. I had Kingdom install a new roof and gutters in October/November of 2022 and gutter guards in November of 2023. I had water dripping from the ceiling exhaust in both bathrooms a week ago. Found out Kingdom removed the old exhaust vents, didn’t replace them with anything and covered over them. Had a crew here today to “fix” the problem. They cut 2 holes in my new roof, didn’t have any shingles and said they would use caulk instead and not to worry. They told me about other problems that need to be fixed but said it’s not their problem. They said they won’t do anything about the water stains in the ceiling because that isn’t their problem either. I had a thorough house inspection done in April of 2021 with a 40 page report. There were no problems with the roof or exhaust before Kingdom messed things up. I also had problems with the gutter guards. They weren’t installed properly and they had to send a different person out a couple of days later to correct the installation. I guess I am expected to hire someone else and pay them to correct the problems that Kingdom won’t do. How does this company have 5 star reviews?

My husband and I hired Kingdom Roofing to perform some major work on his parents home (both deceased). This was very emotional, since we have been wanting to show it some love for awhile now. They installed a standing seam metal roof, vinyl siding, and new gutters. They also wrapped the porch posts in cedar and made any repairs as the work progressed. Kyle, our sales rep, was amazing as were Trevor and Jon (I hope I got their names correct}, our job supervisors. Also, Melissa and everyone else. My husband was there all day while the work was being done to ask questions and make sure it was done in the way he envisioned. They treated him with the upmost respect. The crews doing the work were very skilled, friendly and had an amazing work ethic. There's an old saying that you can't turn a sows ear into a silk purse, but trust me, you can. The house is now that silk purse and they made that happen. I can't say enough that they made it a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them on any future projects. Hire them, you wont regret it.

Bill Roberts from Kingdom roofing, came out and inspected my roof. He did a Very thorough inspection and was very honest. I will be hiring them to install gutters at a later date.

Everyone I talked to did their job in a professional manner.

My project was removal of 2 layers of shingles & the sheathing deck underneath them. A new sheathing deck was installed using H- clips between sheathing panels for the proper spacing to allow for expansion. Owens Corning Flex Class 4 shingles were installed with underlayment, edging, starter shingles, and the area near the gutters got Rhino lining.
Ridge vent was also installed.

The crew that worked on my house is a hard working group. They did me a great job! They cleaned up after the install. Showed concern for my landscaping & property. Asked me about it if there were plants that could be smashed by equipment. (My spring bulbs will come back next year!)

They covered any area where shingles or nails might fall. Used magnets to check the yard & driveway for nails.

The foreman checked with me several times throughout the day. At the end of the day he verified that there were no issues that needed to be addressed before releasing his crew to return home which was about 100 miles from my home.

Also, they brought trailers and hauled away all trash.

Hontz McCarty came out for a service call and was just awesome. Took care of the issue and checked rest of roof just to be sure. Was unbelievably nice and courteous. If I was still working, I would steal him away from Kingdom in a heartbeat.

Firstly they didn't do as we agreed and so they did half the job and didn't try to make it right, they just simply avoided my calls and left me high and dry. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work preformed. I usually never leave a poor review but in this case they earned it. Do yourself a favor don't call them

We had our roof replaced by Kingdom Roofing in April of 2023. It was not cheap, so if you are looking for less expensive options, remember you get what you pay for. This was a professional crew who showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, communicated well throughout the entire process, and did a great job. Their pricing was in line with other businesses of the same caliber. My only complaint was that the cleanup could have been a bit better. They did leave some stuff in our gutters (nails, screws) that we are now finding after heavy rains. Otherwise it was a great job at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced.

The crew took care of our house with great respect by moving things and replacing them to make sure nothing happened to them during installation. We had wind damage to the siding that kingdom installed on our house almost 2 years ago. I called on a Friday and Josh and his crew were here on Tuesday afternoon. They made the repairs in less than an hour. It was done at a very professional manner. Josh explained what had to be done, and his crew had it completed very quickly. Kingdom installed all new siding and gutters on our house and even put in some attic vents for us. They were professional, responsive, and so easy to work with!

We worked with Matt Mindrup and he was awesome! He helped us navigate a difficult insurance claim after our neighbors tree fell on our house, drafted multiple quotes for us anytime we asked to change anything, and followed up often to make sure things were going the way we wanted. Because of the service Matt provided we will be Kingdon customers for life .

A very professional company. My roof and gutters had to be replaced due to hail damage. I consulted with several different roofing companies in the Indianapolis/Fishers area. Kingdom inspectors thoroughly inspected the roof , pipe boots and gutters. Kyle was the only company representative to physically enter the attic and inspect the roof decking . Kyle was very easy to work with and very detailed in his estimate. While not the cheapest, they were in the middle of the pack on their estimate. However they were able to provide excellent warranty of the work compared to others. This work is also backed by owens corning. Jeremiah was the on site project manager and stayed on top of the amazing installation crew. They cleaned up every day and did an excellent job. They went over the yard with large magnets and picked up all the old nails. The office personnel Dawn and Christy provided detailed pre installation instructions and assisted in completing all documentation for the insurance company and final invoicing. Kyle has followed up to ensure we are completely satisfied with the completed work. Kingdom is a Owens Corning Platinum preferred roofing installer . This allows Kingdom to offer the best warranties in the business. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Totally satisfied!

In spring of this year, we had kingdom roofing replace our entire roof on our home. About six weeks ago, we noticed just a couple of shingles near the chimney that were buckling up just a little bit, which happens sometimes. We contacted Kingdom roofing and asked them to come out take a look at those shingles and make any repairs necessary. Within a very short period of time, they showed up, got up there on the roof and made the repairs necessary. They were even so kind as to inspect the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else had cropped up. We were so impressed with their punctuality, and their kindness. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed. This company is very reliable and trustworthy, and we highly recommend them.

Noticed a loose shingle on a roof they'd installed last year. Called them; they sent someone out, who told me it was a spare shingle they'd left up there, and a squirrel had moved it. Also told me the edges of some of the shingles on the roof edges had squirrel nibbles on them. Oh, me.

They were incredibly helpful and always kept me in the loop. Even when my property management was incredibly lack luster they did their absolute best to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were always very friendly and helpful.

With having Allstate insurance this company helped me get my severely damaged wind storm roof replaced. It wasba long process but they hung in there with me. My new roof looks great. I have never seen a roofing crew that worked as hard doing cleanup as they did installing the roof. Great job guys 100% recommend.
