After searching and getting quotes from different companies to fix my roof, I was scammed by this company. They sent Victor and Michael to represent them, and according to them, they gave me the best option to repair it, which was to do the complete maintenance under contract, and Mr. Victor would do the rest of the other problem I had with my roof. I trusted their word and "professionalism" (there is no other option). I signed the contract with the company trusting them. They did part of the repair, and when they were supposed to come do the other part, after several cancellations, Mr. Victor said he could no longer come to do the rest of the work because he was too busy. Please, gentlemen, be serious. I trusted their word, paid thousands of dollars for them to do the COMPLETE job, and Mr. Victor (who is apparently the designer of the company) had the nerve to say he couldn't finish it. I don't know what kind of company it is where one employee says something and the rest of the company simply doesn't take responsibility. A real failure. They already collected their money and left peacefully, and I still have problems with the roof of my house. If two people come representing a company and they wear shirts with the company logo, those people work for the company, and the company should be held responsible for terminating the employment agreement they entered into. Even my 12-year-old daughter knows this. In short, a real disaster...

Simply put, amazing!! Mike Sudzina the sales Representative was the beginning of a customer being 100% satisfied. He assessed the repairs and replacement of the roof needed to restore it and prevent any further deterioration of the house my grandfather built in 1925. He was so thorough and explained everything in such detail that i did not even pursue another quote. I asked him if he believed in the company he represented and without any hesitation he said yes. Due to serious leaking in the house i talked with Melissa to see if the roof could be replaced as soon as possible. She called me back within 15 minutes and pushed it to the top of the list! Then you have John the Project Manager who spent the entire day on site to insure all the repairs and replacement of the roof were impeccable and explained everything as it proceeded. Finally, the crew lead by Armando. Their craftsmanship was astounding and the speed they worked was amazing. They refused to even take a break! Kingdom Roofing is solid from top to bottom. Don't change a thing.

Everyone from the salesman to the installers (roof and gutters) were top notch craftsmen and quality people. After being in the construction and maintenance fields for over 45 years, it's good to know those people still exist. If you want cheap, you might want to look elsewhere. If you want quality at a fair price ... Kingdom is the one for you.
