Shawn and his crew installed our roof 7 years ago, and it has held up beautifully! Why am I writing this review 7 years later? Some of you recall the severe hail storm August 2024 in Orem. The vast majority of homes in our immediate neighborhood had roof damage and subsequent roof replacements. Following the storm last year, a door-to-door representative of another company inspected our roof and declared it damage-free. A couple of weeks ago a different company told us that almost all of the homes in our immediate area required roof replacements and highly recommended we get a second inspection. We called Shawn and, like the first inspector, he found no damage at all. The roof still appears to be nearly new! We are so grateful for the fine work of All-Star Roofing.

Witnessed this guy driving erratically on I-15 today. Tailgating, speeding at a high rate of speed. Almost looked like taunting other drivers. This company wouldn't be my 1st pick for roof work after seeing their actions today. Hey man, if you're going to drive like a fool maybe don't do it in your work truck..... just sayin

All Star Roofing is amazing. Not only did they do a great job installing my roof a few years ago, they also came back this week to repair a vent that rattled in the wind, no questions asked! They are fast and do great work and I can't say enough good about them!

We have a 6000 SF roof with 47 solar panels on it. Shawn from All Star Roofing came out and did a quote for us, for companies that are legit and do a good job, he was the cheapest. We are so glad we went with All Star Roofing. They found that we had 3 roofs (previous owners just put roofs or roofs). They found mold and rotten wood. We had them tear off all the old roofing and all the OSB boards that were rotten. They put down 350 new OSB boards, a water barrier and 5 layers of insulation (we have no attic). Since our roof is almost flat, we got a TPO membrane with a really good 25 year warranty. The workmanship and care that All Star Roofing did for us was excellent. They truly did a very thorough job - they cut no corners. The quality was superb! They did not take any short cuts (like I said). We had a raised part of our roof for our sky lights, and they put extra membrane all around it and sealed it really well. We are so happy! We even had an insurance adjuster come out who asked who did our roof because it looked so good. When we told them All Star, the insurance adjuster said he recommends them because he always hears so much good from others about All Star. We had All Star do our facia and soffits also. We even changed color midway, and they tore all of the old soffit off and put the color we wanted. They are so willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy us. We are so so so grateful we used All Star Roofing instead of any other roofer. I highly recommend them to anyone because I know the owner now and he has integrity and will always do a superb and amazing job (his people are incredible and really care also). Thank you Shawn!

All Star Roofing put a new roof, soffit and fascia, and new rain gutters on an older home that had lots of problems. They did an amazing job and the home looks great, and I'll definitely use them again

Shawn and his team are very responsive and great to work with. He got right on our project and got us dried in before all of the rain that could have done a ton of damage to our showroom. On top of this he is extremely completive on cost. We will use him in the future.

When we discovered a leak in our tile roof, we didn't know where to find a roofing company that we could trust. We called our insurance broker and he recommended All Star Roofing. Owner Shawn Amos came out right away to assess the situation. He quickly determined that the chimney, vents and similar roof perforations were installed with only bottom flashings and that there were NO top flashings to guide water back on top of the tiles. Without removing a lot of the tiles, Shawn could not tell us the extent of the damage so he provided a 'time and materials estimate' to fix all of the flashings and any damaged underlayment and sheathing.

Because the roof was 26 years old we knew that damage to the underlayment and sheathing could be substantial. Shawn assured us that his crews had lots of experience with tile roofs so we took a leap of faith and hired All Star Roofing to fix our roof.

We could not be happier with the outcome. Pedro and his crew showed up on the agreed date, on-time and ready to work. They were professional, thorough and they worked very quickly. They knew how to walk on the tiles without cracking them and they did not break a single tile while they worked on our roof. They completed the job in less than two days and we're very happy with both the outcome and the price.

We do not know who was behind the wheel of one of your company vehicles, or at least this vehicle that has your company logo on it, but they were an extremely wreck-less driver. They cut over the double white lines into the express lane right in front us at the very last second. We had to slam very hard on our breaks with kids in the car. Then they kept swerving all over the express lane once they were in it. It was like watching a bad advertisement. It leaves a bad impression when someone driving a vehicle representing your company is so wreck-less on the road. I hope you let the driver know.

Although they were 3 months late reroofing our house, it was worth the wait. They did a far better job and were much more professional and skilled and responsible than another roofing company we used 20 years ago. Our roof and fascia boards had tons of problems because of the poor and cheaper job of 20 years ago. All Star really knows roofing quality.

Recently had All Star Roofing complete a reroof. Workmanship was excellent. Quality product and finishlooks amazing. No hidden pricing and the communication was excellent.

After every work day when the old roof came off the workers cleaned up all the shingles, not leaving my yard a mess.

Careless workers! They don’t have respect for anything or anyone. They drop wood, toss tools, and throw around boxes of shingles to different spots as they work, with no care that people are still living in the house below. We have had nails be pushed through the ceiling of our apartment and all they had to say was it wasn’t their fault. They’ve dropped boxes so loud that it made us jump. My husband went out and told them to be more careful, and in response they are even louder. They may do a good job, but not worth the carelessness and disrespect they have while doing it.

After getting several (several, several) bids for our roof, All-Star was EASILY the best price, with the most quality work. They didn't charge extra for odds and ends, the team came and was respectful of our house and property. They were kind to my kids, they were patient with my dog, they CLEANED UP EVERYTHING at the end of each day. I have only found 2 stray nails since they left and they were behind a rose-bush. They covered our plants so they wouldn't get damaged, they worked quickly but thoroughly. I cannot say enough good about the company and its employees. Shawn is a great owner, he has a solid business. Victor was an amazing point of contact that asked regularly how things were, and the guys that came to do the work were amazing. I will always recommend them. always!

Fun review to write because this will be based off the company's character that I witnessed in part yesterday. While driving a family member to the SLC airport last night, I noticed some headlights on my tail. I religiously use cruise control and my speed about matched everyone else's (don't want to incriminate myself). As the road transitioned from construction to the normal 70, I proportionately increased my speed and saw the headlights stay the same obnoxious distance behind me. I commented to my wife and wondered why they didn't leave the HOV lane when the striated lines appeared.

5 miles later and they're still so close I almost couldn't see the headlights. Unfortunately I could because then the large truck driver flashed his brights. Repeatedly. My speed was fine, in fact we were passing the majority of the people. He waited another mile maybe and did it again. By this time I was thoroughly annoyed at how unsafe and obnoxious the guy was. Since we were being petty and we were fine on making it to SLC airport in time, I slowed my cruise down to 71. The fellow passengers were split on their support.

The F-150 guy finally took life into his own hands and blazed by me on the next opportunity. Not so fast that I couldn't see "All Star Roofing" as he went at least 80 something on his way by. I gave him the good ol brights a couple times as he veered back in front of me. Cherry on top was that this company representative then used his new freedom in the HOV lane to start tailgating the next guy that was in front of me. Back at my normal speed on cruise, I started to catch up to him after less than a mile of the new positions when his exit came up.

Good companies don't take breaks in representing their company. I thought it safe to assume some things about All Star Roofing after their all-star highway presence. Hope it was worth it, truck guy.

Couldn't be happier with the new roof. Very impressed with Shawn and his crew they were all very polite and professional. When I decided to get a new roof I was looking for a good deal. I contacted a local neighborhood contractor that was recommended to me; he told me if I buy the supplies and the construction dumpster he will install the roof. I asked how much labor would be and after a lot of hesitation, he finally gave me a number. What he quoted me was absurd. I called Shawn and he was there the next day and had a quote before he left. The bid was all broken down and easy to read. Shawns quote came in about $1000 cheaper than the local guy and had a warranty that came with it. I was so happy that I decided to to put soffit, fascia, and new seamless gutters on as well. Can't say enough nice things about this company. Roof looks amazing!

Excellent roofing company! Shawn was easy to work with and his workers were first rate. The price was competitive and the workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up each day so you hardly knew they had been there. Our's was a cedar shake roof which naturally takes more labor to complete. They worked in rain, snow, wind and freezing temperatures without a complaint. The finished job looks great. I highly recommend this company.

I thought I would wait a bit before I wrote my review. Since then I have a bit of rain and now snow melting on it in Spanish Fork. I am very happy with the roof that was a complete tear off and replace. They did a great job and left zero mess, only one 1 nail found. I would recommend them for anyone.

My mother has an older home in Provo that has a flat roof. Several years ago a different company insalled a membrane roof on the home. Last winter I noticed some staining from water running down the brick of the chimney inside the house. After doing some research online and noticing all their good reviews, I decided to call AllStar. We scheduled an appointment for 1:00 today. Early this morning though, I realized I had a conflict in my schedule and asked if I could move the appointment up an hour to noon instead. They got right back to me and said that would be alright. Shawn arrived right on time. I took him inside and showed him where the problem was. I had to leave but he agreed to go on the roof to access the ptoblem and agreed to email me with a quote. I've dealt with other roofing businesses in the past and was prepared to receive an email detailing all sorts of problems with the roof and a bid of several thousand dollars. Instead, he emailed back to say the only problem was that the flashing around the chimney needed to be re-calked. He said it would only take him about 15 minutes and he wouldn't charge me anything for doing it. He felt confident that this would fix the issue, but if I had any problems in the future to give him a call.
I realize he took time out of his busy schedule to come all the way to my mother's house. Not to mention the cost of the fuel for his big truck. Then contributed his time and expertise, plus a tube of calk to solve my problem. All without charging me a thing! I have to say if that isn't 5 star service in today's world, I don't know what is!

We have eleven owners in our HOA unit in Provo - all needed new roofs, therefore a large and costly job. All Star Roofing of Orem was highly recommended by a successful contractor; All Star's bid clearly demonstrated that price is only one factor in quality workmanship; after choosing All Star one of Utah Valley's most successful contractors insisted that we had the best roofer in the Valley!

Among other factors in our decision, All Star's owner, Shawn Amos, promised us a starting date, all four of his roofing crews, that they would not be taken off for other jobs, AND that they would finish within a month. After the fact, we were told that showing up when promised is unusual - all four crews were here; they were very friendly; they cleaned up every day; and no crew left before their work was completed. All promises were kept - even exceeded. We are aware of several acts that had nothing to do with their assignments (Carrying owners storage boxes to the basement! Some caulking! Removing skylights! Etc.) And, critically important, we are thrilled with our new roofs! Much of this quality workmanship, we eventually realized, was due to the experience and personal commitment of their foreman, Victor. We promised Victor a job if he ever decides to climb down off the roof!

The All Star team was thorough in their assessment of my re-roofing and presented a good selection of options for the shingles. Pricing was far better than the other eight we had bid. All Star somehow slipped us into their schedule 2 months ahead of the scheduled start date. They were courteous and prompt during the installation. The roof itself looks great.

However, what impressed me the most was the integrity of the owner, who upon inspecting the completed project stated that he wasn’t happy with the counter flashing on the step flashing, which was done in metal over the existing stucco walls. He arranged a stucco professional to replace the metal counter flashing with foam board and stucco, matching perfectly the color of the existing trim. No charge to us and we are super pleased with the results.

Can’t say enough good things about All Star Roofing. I highly recommend them.

On two occasions I have had All-star roofing do work on my home, the first time was under and insurance claim when I had some snow damage on part of my roof, and the second being when I had to replace the entire roof.

Both times Shawn and Victor have done wonderful jobs on the repairs and replacements. On the first one with the insurance claim there ended up being significant damage that was hidden until repairs had started, but they were able to take care of and repair that additional leak that would have caused more damage to the attic if they had not caught it.

When replacing my entire roof this last time they did a fantastic job of matching all the flashing and piping on the roof with the shingles so that in the end it would all look nice. In addition to this, I had some medical expenses that came up unexpectedly that drained my bank accounts and I was at risk of not being able to pay Shawn in the time agreed upon in the contract. Shawn and Victor both came to my home and sat down and we worked out an agreement where I could afford to pay him and my medical bills and he could still run his business successfully.

My interactions with All Star has been nothing short of professional and respectful. Even the minor complaints I had, when I brought them to the attention of either Shawn of Victor were taken care of in a timely manner in all circumstances above my expectations.

We live in Midway and own a very large barn with an high, steep metal roof. Several weeks ago we contacted All Star about putting new screws in as the metal sheets had begun to rattle and come loose with all the high winds we had been having. Within several days Shawn sent Victor up to look at it and give us an estimate. Within a week Victor had a crew working on it. It only took them 2 days and they did an excellent job. We had just purchased our home with the original shake roof that had been neglected for many years. Shawn came over and gave us a great bid and also put some of the extra shingles on our little chicken coop. The guys were very thorough and kept the site pretty clean. Loved our experience!!

It was hard to find an affordable roofer that had proper insurance and contractor license, but I'm glad I went with Shawn at All Star Roofing. He's pretty booked, so I had to wait a bit but it was worth it because his team did an impeccable job! Lots of attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. You don't pay much attention to your roof, but when it's done right (like with Shawn), it actually makes a difference. Not only do I feel much more secure during storms, but my house looks much better from the street. All Star was on the upper end of the bids I tendered, but well worth it. They cleaned the gutters, moved around some antennas (and put them back!), sealed all the flashing and fasteners, and when they were done, there were no nails or other materials left on the job site. They put a lot of pride into their work and it shows!

We had All Star do our roof two years ago. They did a first class job and it still looks really nice. Their people were careful and courteous and we enjoyed having them be outside our house. They cleaned up everything after they were through. Our house needed to be sided this year and they were the only people we went to, to get the job done as we knew it would be done right. It was. They did miss a couple of small things when they put the house together and when they were pointed out they came right out and got them fixed. All Star called three weeks after the job was completed to check up and make sure everything was where it should be. I just recommended them to my brother in law to do his roof and to two of our neighbors to do their homes. One for a roof and one for roof and siding.

We are very happy with our new roof! Shawn came out the day I called, and they started within a few days of us hiring them. The roof was completed in a timely manner as well. Shawn and his crew were very professional and easy to work with.

I especially liked the customer care throughout the process. Everyday, somebody would stop and check in with me. He would ask me how I felt about the roof, if I had any concerns or questions, and would talk with me about the progress that was made and what to expect for the next day. I really appreciated this.

I was also pleased that I didn't hear any foul or crude language either. The workers were friendly, and professional. They cleaned up really well at the end of each day, and at the end of the job they made sure that no trash or nails were left anywhere on the property. I loved that my property showed no sign of having had a roof replaced in terms of trash or debris left lying around. The only sign of the new roof was the roof itself, which looks really great. They even ordered in a special flashing for the chimney, as the standard flashing wasn't quite high enough to cover where the flashing on the old roof had covered. It looks really good.

The crew did a great job at stripping the old roof and putting on a great looking roof and replaced our gutters that were leaking. They even showed me and fixed problems caused by the previous roof job. Very competitive price and Shawn is great to work with.
