I as well as multiple neighbors asked several times now to please stop soliciting in our neighborhood with clearly marked signs at the entrance that state no soliciting. Due to the lack of respect and sheer disregard and non-caring attitude of our wishes I will never use this company. Beware of traveling roof sales people.

They will not leave us, or our neighbors alone. We have a no soliciting sign and have never answered the door for them. They have come to our house 3 different times within the last month and won’t go away. Multiple people in our neighborhood have told them to go away and they are ignoring all of us.

Group of 3 representing the company have come through our neighborhood soliciting business twice in less than a week. We asked them nicely the first time to observe the “No Soliciting” sign right next to the door, and they came back a few days later, again ignoring and disregarding what we asked. Several neighbors have the same experience being ignored by the same team of people. If they can’t respect basic and clear requests, it’s hard to believe they’ll respect a client’s requests with a massive price tag attached.

This is not a good company,they will charge you for materials they didn’t use and still charge you the same amount of money,Jesse is not a good person to do business with and I did a live reviews,cause the roof is pretty,they change prices on you so do your homework first,I told someone else word bad idea,watch this company,

King Roof Renovations has just completed an excellent job replacing my roof which had been damaged by hail. The Sales and Project Management team... Daniel and Josue ... covered every detail from the initial visit, interacting with the Allstate Insurance adjusters, coordinating all schedules, assembling the installation team and ensuring that I was pleased with every step.
I had a very poor experience with a different roofing installation company about 15 years ago and I was particularly skeptical about the industry. Josue and Daniel listened to my concerns and addressed every one of my potential issues. The entire team was exceptionally professional and customer service oriented. I highly recommend King Roof Renovations and suggest that you contact Daniel and Josue specifically.

The roof replacement by King Roof was excellent. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. Luis Angel was my project manager and he was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He held my hand and walked me through every process explaining everything that was to be done to complete the job. He sat with me when I submitted a claim to the insurance company to make sure they had all they needed to process the claim. They stayed in communication with me duing the entire process. There were no delays on their part. Luis Angel and the other workers were smooth systematic efficient machines. They started around 6 am and were done by 11 am. I am thoroughly satisfied and will refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Luis Angel and all the workers for a job well done.

Above and beyond! I could not ask for more from this company. Camilo was such a valuable part of this team. He always answered questions in a prompt, respectful, and insightful way. It felt like he was an old friend by the time the project was complete. The painters that did the interior work were also amazing. They made me feel at ease in my home while they did the work, and it was good quality work. Let’s not forget the roofers! I have a very high pitched roof. Not exactly a fun project for them. They made it look easy! The new roof is beautiful, and most importantly, it is leak free! They helped me file all the necessary paperwork with my insurance company and guided me each step of the way. I have not been this pleased with a company in a long time. Grateful.

After being affect led by hurricane helen, we had insurance look at our roof, and they were going to only replace a quart of it. After King Roof sent in the information from a seconardy inspection, they went to half of the roof. We chose to get the entire roof redone and they walked us through the entire process. Very professional and transparent. Don’t be fooled by their name they do more than just roofs. The replaced our fence as well. I would recommend this company for anyone how’s look to do any home repairs or renovation.

King Roofing, along with our sales agent/project manager Joel Villa recently completed our roofing project in Kennesaw. Joel was very professional, and a pleasure to communicate with as he kept us informed at every step of the process. We chose a GAF HDZ 30 year shingle, upgraded to a 50 year warranty, and could not be happier with the overall project. His crew was very good and worked very efficiently.

During the installation, Joel had to inform me that one of the crew had accidentally broken one of our small skylights. Normally with so many other companies, this is where things go off the rails. This could not have been handled better. We all know that accidents happen, and Joel and King Roofing worked very hard to find us a replacement custom sized skylight, which was installed at no cost to us, two days later. This is a true measure of a quality company that stands behind their service. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled quickly and painlessly.

We are thrilled with the final outcome, and would not hesitate for a moment to hire them again on any future roofing project.

Luis Ángel was our representative and he made the process smooth as he could. He is the main reason we were able to get a new roof for our home.

We had a great experience with King Roofing. Our sales agent Marylu was wonderful. She helped us throughout the entire process. She answered any questions we had and at anytime. She came out day of to make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew did a fabulous job on the roof and made sure everything got cleaned up before leaving. Arturo from King of Roof was very timely, knowledgeable, and professional. And one important thing i will say about him is that he’s honest, if there something he or his company doesn't do, he’ll tell you.
Arturo can built and fix just about anything and can refer other people in the company to fix things that he doesn't. I look forward to Arturo doing other work around my house as well as King of Roof. Lastly, King of Roof do other work than roof, they paint, window repair, mail box replacement, gutters, shutters, house power washing and so much more and they deal with the insurance company for you so you can get all you need done covered with the insurance company and that exactly what Arturo did for me. Great company and will use and refer to all my friends and family!

King Roofing’s Carlos and Laura were on it from our very first conversation. They were very knowledgeable about the entire process with my insurance company and they worked with them and got everything I wanted done approved. The workmanship and attention to detail that King Roofing provided was top tier. I didn’t have to intervene at any point in the installation. They saw things and related it to the failing roof that I didn’t think were related at all. Carlos and Laura consistently kept me informed throughout the whole process. Not only do they do roofs, they are also a restoration company, whatever you need done to your home, they do it. I highly recommend contacting King Roofing for anything you need done. Nov 9th around 420 pm a person by Mateo rode up on a hoverboard stating he worked for company and called me by name which my friends don't call me that and didn't even use my last name. I emailed my HOA because we have a no soliciting policy. Hoa management not aware. I called the police after he asked was I at home. I said that does not matter because I don't know him. Reception was bad and he left.

King Roof did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. Carlos was our point person and he was very straight forward about what we should expect and he (and Josie) were very professional throughout the process.

Let me begin with...I'm very pleased with the finished product of my roof replacement. But my 3-star rating is a result of the most horrible customer service I experienced with the project manager that I dealt with, Jesse G. In coordinating with my insurance company to have my claim approved for roof replacement, Jesse G asked me to keep him informed of the appointment date. He told me he or someone from King Roof would be there as well. I did as he asked. On Monday morning the adjuster arrived but no one from King Roof showed up. I called Jesse G to let him know the insurance adjuster had arrived and questioned why no one from their company was present. He "assumed" that because it had rained the night before, the appointment was a no-go. He then asked the adjuster if he'd "wait" 30 minutes for him to arrive at my house. The adjuster told him he'd be completed with his assessment by then. Jesse G made no effort to communicate with me to confirm if the adjuster was keeping the appointment or not, he just "assumed" and he canceled it on his end without letting me know. That was the first incident that showed a lack of professional customer service. The second incident was while at his office, I made the first roof payment with my debit card. The payment cleared. When I went to make the second payment, that's when Jesse G. told me there was a 3.5 percent processing fee incurred from having used my debit card. Now being informed of this when making the second payment, I paid by check. Jesse G had the audacity to ask if I'd include the processing fee in with the check payment! That wasn't happening because they should know their processes. I told him had he informed me about the fee the FIRST time, I would not have used my debit card but would have written a check the first time. So, when the third and final payment (upgrade made to the roof payment) was to be made, I specifically asked Jesse G if the 3.5 processing fee was included in the final claim payment sent to my insurance company. I asked the question on Monday, Jesse G completely "ghosted" me and did not respond! I texted (as this is how we communicated) him letting him know my availability to stop by his office Monday and/or Tuesday, to make the final payment and he never replied! That is until I communicated via email that I would be contacting my insurance company of suspected fraud because if the processing fee WAS included in the final claim to my insurance company...that's not something my insurance company was responsible for because that dealt with my debit card, not my insurance claim. Then and only then...I FINALLY heard from someone at King Roof because Jesse G, no doubt, shared the email with management. I received a phone call that day (Friday) after not hearing from Jesse G since questioning (on Monday) if the fee was included in the claim. After speaking with my insurance claim rep, he assured me the final claim amount was correct. I told him, if that was the case, that's all Jesse G had to say but to completely "shutdown" and give no reply was some of the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. As I told the manager that called from King Roof, Jesse G behavior to not respond was poor customer service. Surely I cannot have been the first customer to use a credit/debit card with their company. They should know their processes and should be able to communicate with their customers.

Jesse Guevara and the team did an excellent job on my roof replacement. They were fast and efficient. They finished the job as expected.

Louis was an excellent project manager on our case. he walked us through every step explaining anything we didn’t understand. he checked in on us on a regular basis and kept the whole process going. everything he told us as far as the timeline for the project was spot on. they finished our roof in half a day and it looks amazing. Louis was such a pleasure to work with, a very down to earth person and treated our project and our time with respect.
