They proposed a solution to a roof leak issue that we had (which did solve the problem) and it was simple enough that they did not charge for it.

I actually had Jacob look at roofs at two of my properties and I am very satisfied with his reports. This information is very important to me and he responded back in a very timely manner.

WOW this company blew my expectations out of the water with their quality customer service & support. When we found out our roof was defective they were quick to get out to get me a quote & assist with my warranty through the original manufacturer. Jacob was an awesome project manager. His follow up was quick & response time exactly what we needed. He felt my sense of urgency & responded as such. We quickly got our warranty started & got scheduled for a new roof. It was done in ONE DAY with all hands on deck working against weather & all. Daniel was super kind at helping me with squaring away the info I needed & finishing up my invoice.

I had Kihle roofing come out in 2024 and look at some wood window brick molding and sill replacement work I need done. After a few months I called them back to inquire about doing the work. Mike came out to refamiliarize himself with the project and said he would be in touch. They were punctual and professional when they came out. After about a week I had not heard anything, so I reached back out and spoke with Mike again. He explained they were still working on it and gave an indication that they may not have the people to do the project. I told him right then that if they either didn't want to, or simply couldn't do the work for any reason to just tell me, it wouldn't be a problem as I would make other plans. He said that he would call me back in a couple of days. It has now been 2-3 weeks since this conversatin and I have heard nothing. This is not an uncommom practice for contractors. I guess I simply don't understand why they spend their time and mine if they don't want or can't do the work. It is dissappointing to say the least.

I highly recommend this business. After the initial quote, they got me on their schedule promptly. Their work crew was efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after their work was done. This is a contractor you can trust.

I just had my roof replaced and the process went so smoothly! My roof was about 23 years old and with my insurance coverage it wasn't worth attempting to put in a claim so I was paying for it out of my own pocket. The price was right around what I was hoping for and it was an effortless process start to finish.

I met Jacob at the Home Show, he was very nice and friendly, I told him about my deck stairs. He called me to come see the stairs and gave an estimate for that and looked at my roof.
The process was so easy. I approved the estimate and it wasn’t too long before Derek came and fixed my deck stringers and put some pipe boot collars on the pipes in my roof!
They did a great job! I will call Kihle Roofing and Construction again, honest and professional.

They were also judge free and didn't try pushing additional sales one me, but simply asked if they could help. I'm referring to my deck being in poor condition. I plan to replace much of the railing and deck boards myself this summer.

The wind blew the rain cap off the roof vent on our house and the pipe was damaged so it wasn’t something we could fix ourselves. My daughter contacted Daniel with Kihle Roofing and explained the situation. Even though it was a short holiday week, they came out and fixed it. The service tech Thomas was very nice and I appreciated Daniel for making sure the repair was made prior to the winter storm forecast for this weekend. Kihle has taken great care of me this year. I had multiple house issues come up and it felt like my house just fell apart all at once. I was so overwhelmed. Kihle went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. Every time an insurance adjuster was coming, they were sure to be there. They talked me through every detail of what was going on with my house and how it would be resolved. At the end of everything, all I had to pay was my insurance deductible because of how effectively and intentionally they worked with my insurance company. Kihle saved me $18,000 and now I have beautiful new kitchen and dining room flooring (along with new subflooring), a new roof, and a new ceiling. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got my roofing replaced last year by Kihle roofing and after couple weeks we had rain roof started to leak, kitchen area big puddle of water on the floor from the ceiling, after they were trying to blame it on the chimney ( not their fault) he’s sub contractor found the leak, it was their fault, been in hurry trying to get job done in one day, the underlayment paper was not install properly, this is what happens when a roofing company Khile roofing (not really a company) hires subcontractors to do the job collect big time insurance money and pay subs half,at the end they fixit not to my satisfaction will post pics of their fixer upper. (Inside damages got fix properly by another sub contractor no issues there)

We bought this fixer upper a few years ago and we hired Kihle Roofing and Construction to add on the deck. I love it SO MUCH! Daniel followed up with us multiple times in the process. He was clear about what they were going to do. His crew worked hard. The work is beautiful and we are impressed with the quality. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience working with Kihle roofing. Our roof was 12-15 years old and damaged beyond belief from hail and the usual west and tear. Same with our gutters. They made getting a new roof and gutters so easy and painless and were professional and helpful every step of the way. They answered all our questions about insurance and deductibles and worked with our schedule so patiently. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They clearly have strong moral integrity and don’t scare you or manipulate you into any purchases and are honest about what your house needs. 10/10 would recommend.
