We would like to give a 5++ star reviews if there is one! KIDD Roofing is the best, this is a very reputable company, especially in Texas there still no regulation for roofing licenses. We asked for many good reviews roofers after 5/19/2023's huge hail storm, I have to say Scott Nelson from KIDD Roofing is the best! Scott is indeed very knowledgeable about roofing replacement details, he is very honest and friendly, strong responsibilities, willing to work in every concern a customer has and give the most adequate suggestions. Scott and his team are working very hard, attention to detail, keep their promises, the gutter guy and Velux skylight technician he coordinated also did fantastic work, explaining the correct way to install and pointing out our current issues. I also recommended our neighbor to KIDD for their roofing needs, they are as happy as we do. I would definitely recommend more friends and neighbors to KIDD if there's any roofing needs. Lucas Hernandez was great. He took time to listen to my concerns regarding the service call and then followed through with them all of them.

Had an open case with GAF using Kidd Roofing since Sept 2023. They pulled one of two shingles necessary for warranty assessment, however they still haven't come back out to pull the other shingle so they can be forwarded to GAF. After multiple phone calls and emails reminding them, they are now ducking the calls. Have to restart the warranty process since the time is about to expire! I recommend to look for another GAF Master Elite roofer!
