Kidd Lukko did an excellent job installing gutter covers, cleaning a few mossy areas, and patching a small opening along my roofline that had become and entry for bats. 5 months later, i’m very happy with their work. Franco was a great point person. I’d work work with them again any day.

Kidd Luukko was a great contractor to work with. They gave a good price and made helpful recommendations regarding which roof system and accessories would work with my vision and most importantly, my budget. Once we had agreed to the final scope and price, they moved very quickly and communicated well leading up to the work.
The day before the work a dumpster and the roofing materials were delivered and placed out of the way of my parking area. They rolled in the next day and had the whole roof ripped off in a matter of two hours. Our roof is steep and fairly high up. I was pleased to see everyone on the roof tied off appropriately and the foreman reviewed everything with me before the reinstallation making sure everything was going to look as we had planned.
The crew was not only fast but they were very careful and protected the sides of the house and the ground from debris and nails. They finished in one day and cleaned up thoroughly so the only way anyone would have known they were there was the beautiful new improved roof on my house.
I would recommend them to anyone if you need a roof replacement or you are putting a roof on your brand new house. Five stars is easy on this one!

We had a very good experience with our new roof installed by Kidd-Luukko. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very good to work with from start to finish. The crew that came to do the install was well organized and cleaned up so well it was as though they had never even been there. The new roof looks great, too!

When the work day arrives, all the materials are here ready to go and the team arrives early, is friendly and from my experience and knowledge takes good care to ensure the work is done correctly and to a high standard. Kidd-Luukko did an excellent roofing job for us. They gave us a reasonable quote for the roof and new gutters. They said they could be at our place in 2 weeks and that is exactly when they were able to do the job. They started and finished the roof in one day. They left the jobsite very neat with no signs of debris. The gutters were installed on a separate day but just a couple of days later. The roof and gutters look great. I would recommend Kidd-Luukko for all your roofing needs.

Our roof was in despair. We had waited far too long to have it re-shingled. We got several quotes for both metal and architectural shingles from various companies.
We chose Kidd Luukko to install architectural shingles for a variety of reasons. The quote was reasonable and not the most expensive, nor the cheapest.

Franco was by far the most responsive, without being high-pressure. I also felt my questions were answered with honesty. He was very empathetic and did not make jokes about the current state of the roof (this was a common theme among the other companies) - he seemed emotionally invested in making us feel comfortable and happy.

The warranty was above and beyond the best between their in-house warranty + the manufacturer. We felt we'd be well protected.

It was clearly spelled out what things may impact the final cost if found. So when we discovered another layer of shingles on D-Day I knew approximately how much more it would cost.

Our roof turned out beautifully, the entire crew was very kind and meticulous. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after. My husband now stands outside in a typical dad pose, hand on his hips, silently admiring his new roof.

Kidd-Luukko installed my roof when I purchased my new home. They were extremely professional and responsive and answered any and all questions that I had. They worked with me to find the right shingles for my unique house. My roof is pretty complicated with several dormers and multiple chimneys. The business had a quick response and scheduled to do an estimate for a roof repair on Monday. Wednesday they called back not remembering they called and scheduled and then informed me that they served Worcester County but not in Rutland area. It's unfortunate because our town webpage gave excellent reviews.

They were excellent. A roof is risky business and I noted by neighbor used them. My neighbor is kind of a perfectionist and I saw his result so I followed suit. Matthew was my liaison / salesman and I had a neat job done on time and on budget. I am pleased with my new architectural roof.

Kidd Luukko is a well organized and professional roofing company in the Worcester area that offers a variety of related services. They did an emergency repair for me. It was an good price considering the urgency and their quick response.
I also had them quote some more typical roofing work that is not time sensitive. Their cost to perform that work is fair compared to other contractors. They use a pre-manufactured drip edge so that keeps them competitive compared to contractors who shop manufacture their own. The quote delineated very clearly their proposed scope with all required site conditions for their work to be performed. Any exclusions are also included in the quote. I would go with these guys if I knew nothing about roofing.

Just completed two large roof projects with Kidd Luukko. Very professional organization top to bottom, great communication throughout the process, very reasonable on price, workmanship look great so far - we got our warranties! Will absolutely recommend in the future.
