I love that you can drive inside the building to drop your car off for service especially on rainy days and snowy days. The service department is great to work with. I just wish they would wash your car after service like the other Ford dealers have done other than that everything‘s great

I recently had a tire sensor warning light go on and my local car shop couldn't get the codes to work. I drove right to Key nearly at closing time and they stayed open late to fix my car.

The worst service department I have ever had to deal with. Currently doing “an oil consumption test” because in between oil changes my truck uses four to five quarts of oil. Every time I come here (about every five hundred miles) I have to wait for an hour while someone checks the oil! This is the third time I have had it here to have it checked and it’s getting really old! You can literally check the oil in two minutes! So aggravating

Salesperson said truck was clean, mechanically sound, and being sold as is, where is. Trusted him, bought it and had power steering fluid leaking into the driveway. When I called to ask about whether he knew it, was told that an appraisal wasn’t completed when they took the vehicle in trade. In all my vehicle trading experiences, I have never not had a vehicle appraised before getting a trade-in value offered on mine. Currently not very impressed.

That was a fantastic customer experience, from the start. I needed a vehicle on short notice. Ace listened to what I need from a vehicle, my basic budget parameters and took me right to a perfect fit. I never felt pressured, Ace and Tyler were professional and incredibly helpful and got me through an unexpected bump in the road and on my way. Certified to steal your money! Atleast for the service department. Long story short, they had my wife's car for two months for a water pump replacement under warranty. They let the battery die just to sell us one for double the price. I'm guessing that they were trying to make up for destroying the oil pan and charge double price for a motorcraft battery. You can do a simple Google search and get a motorcraft battery for $200 and change. They charged us nearly five hundred for it. They were quick to blame union fair auto for not getting the paperwork fast enough but they did have it within that week. They had the water pump and didn't touch it for a month and a half. They did own up to destroying the oil pan but they had to screw us over for a battery. Very unprofessional when they know that they were in the wrong. Tyler in sales tried helping us out because he knows how hard it is trying to raise a family in this time. However the service department only cared about compensating for their mess up. Really a scumbag act when they know that they messed up and kept lying to my wife to which I didn't even mention that. If you need your vehicle worked on in a timely manner avoid this place at all cost. It's too bad Tony Esposito sold the place because he would've had us taken care of and not screwed over. Whoever owns this business you need to reevaluate your service department.
Edit: Today has been the 1st day of really looking the vehicle over since getting it back. The discovery! The new oil pan that was put on has excessive sealant protruding out of the oil pan gasket. To much sealant can cause significant damage and plug up the flow of oil and/or damage other components. The coolant was over filled and was up to the cap when it was cold. Started getting foul odors coming out of vents and hoping there's no damage done there but is documented. The new battery that they just had to sell us is already a year old and the terminals had corrosion on them. So yes I will be calling Key Ford management tomorrow and depending on the outcome I will come back to this post. This has been the worst repair job I've ever encountered.

I love Key Ford, even though they got my last name wrong. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. The salesmen are friendly, professional, and do their best to make sure I get the best deal possible, and their service staff is amazing. Thank you for always being there when needed. I will never drive anything else but a Ford.

Friendly and responsive salesman. However, several issues with the transaction. Vehicle was delivered with approximately 1200 more miles than advertised (before adding delivery milage) and then dealer changed the advertised milage on website after I had taken delivery of truck. Truck arrived with known electrical issue that dealer claimed they couldn't replicate but was present from the first time I drove it requiring me to take it to a dealer for warrenty work (they diagnosed the problem in under an hour). Several other small issues such as a missing key and minor damage that I had to strongly advocate for to be made right. I wouldn't say don't go to this dealer but I would caution to be overly meticulous about the process.

We weren't actually planning on buying a vehicle that day. We'd only just begun looking. We had looked at a different one that morning and it was a good deal and my husband was leaning towards it; however I had seen the advertisement for what we were going to be looking for on the Key Ford site and felt that we should check it out. I called to make sure it was still available before we made the long trip and it was. They had it already up front for us to check out. We knew the minute we got in for a test drive that it was exactly what we wanted. The awesome people at Key Ford made it possible and we drove home with our new vehicle. They were wonderful and helpful in all ways. Would highly recommend them

Staff at Key Ford in Rockland were very helpful from the moment I walked through the door. They helped me purchase a 2022 Lincoln Corsair with only 22,000 miles from another Ford dealership in New Hampshire and have it delivered to their Rockland store. Car was in beautiful conditions just as advertised on the Key Ford website. As a part of our purchase they agreed to cover the cost of having the car undercoated, which pleased me a lot!

My experience up until time to take car home was excellent! My best experience ever. On test drive icon for battery was on and I was told they would be able to fix it before taking it home. They ended up having to order the one part needed. It ended up needing two parts. I was given several updates on when it would be ready but it eventually took 9 days before it was ready. I had told them if it wasn't ready on that 9th day, I would be canceling my purchase. Now I pray that it wasn't a bad omen.

Brought my CMax Hybrid for fixing an issue as I live nearby. The service crew did not fix the car completely. When I asked the service professional why my car wasn't starting, why there was a check engine light and why the display wasn't working he literally said, "if you want, you can take it elsewhere"....so I did.

I dropped my Maverick off at Key Ford of Rockland for it's first oil change and a software update for a recall. Due to my work schedule I wasn't available to get to the dealership to pick up/drop off my car during their operating hours but I was able to drop it off the night before and pick it up after hours the next day. Used my Fordpass points which covered the cost of service! While I didn't get to speak to anyone in person at the dealership, I had a pleasant experience with both techs I spoke to before and after the service. I'd be happy to bring my vehicle here again for service!

Many serious concerns and complaints regarding the purchase that my daughter made of a 2023 Jeep Cherokee a couple weeks ago. There were lights on on the dashboard during test drive that she addressed with the salesperson and was told they would be fixed. However less than 48 hours after taking possession of the vehicle the same dash lights reappeared. During this same period a bump sensation was felt when car was shifting which felt like a transmission issue. These concerns were presented to dealership and were dismissed. She took the vehicle to another dealership for diagnosis. It was discovered that the vehicle needed a new altenator. Additionally it has three different tires on it, two of which have broken belts and one on the rear is completely bald on the inside. They have basically dismissed this as well. Pretty sure it should not have even passed inspection with the condition of the tires.

I was very Happy until my suv that I traded in wasn't paid off in a timely manner I bought my new vehicle from your company on March 20 and here it is April 7 and the prior vehicle I traded in 2019 Ford explorer hasn't been paid off I hope this doesn't effect my credit score I have work very hard to maintain your company needs to do better !

Only complaint is the sticker they give you to let you know when your next oil change fell off and is handwritten. You would thing they would have a machine that prints when your next oil change is and they would stick to your windshield.
