Kevin has helped me a few times with repairs the last couple of years. He's always responsive, shows up when he says he would, honest with his assessments and never tries to upsell you to a new roof ( which other companies have tried a few times). All this done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended....I actually did to a few people already and they have all been really happy I did.

Kevin and his crew mate, Paul, were very professional and thorough, and I would highly recommend them for your roof installation. We had Kevin inspect the roof in 2021 and replace the roof this year. He also replaced 2 skylights and cleaned our gutters. Everything was explained ahead of time and as the work was proceeding.

Kevin informed us that he has been installing roof tiles for 30 years and after viewing his work, it is very evident that he has earned the title of professional! He and his team worked diligently. Our roof looked so good when it was done that 2 neighbours immediately approached us. They were so impressed that they wanted Kevin's contact information so that he could work on their roofs! Kevin regularly updated us about when he would be able to start our project. He was polite and very friendly. He and his team worked hard and it was clear that they took pride in their good work. Clean up after the job was done was meticulous. Would certainly recommend Kevin to anyone who needs work done on their roof!

We had Kevin the Roofsmith replace some deteriorated and leaking flashing on all of our vent pipes that were installed by another company when our roof was replaced only 6 yrs ago, and obviously cheaped out without giving us options. Kevin was great to communicate with, offered an excellent product, and had all five done within 24hrs of contacting him! Honestly one of the best customer service experiences with a contractor in a long time.

Our disused chimney was letting a very small amount of water in and we decided it should be removed. After contacting several companies Kevin came out on top with friendly communication and a willingness to be flexible as to when the work could be done.

Once on site the service got even better. He and Anton were friendly and very conscientious. The work looks great, was done quickly and they cleaned up so well you'd never know they were there!

I'd definitely recommend them for any roof work. I will be calling again when it's time to replace our roof and also for any of the properties I manage.

Of the 3 roofing contractors I interviewed, Kevin was the only one who made a thorough assessment of my roof condition, including climbing onto the roof to not only determine the most suitable ventilation system, but also to assess any other preventative repairs for preservation of the existing structure. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different options and presented a detailed quotation that left nothing to surprise. Although his quotation was not the lowest in cost, I believe the quality of the work performed, his analysis and description of the hows and whys of the work he proposed doing meant we got what we paid for. I have already recommended him to a neighbor and would gladly refer him to anyone else looking for an experienced and professional roofer.

Kevin is just finishing up my roof. He is enthusiastic, professional, and very hard working. Kevin went above and beyond when doing the roof. Incredibly professional and helpful. Extremely trustworthy and straightforward. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

We discovered water coming through an upstairs bathroom ceiling (via a drywall screw) during the March 2020 quarantine. Kevin made time to come by on his way home and assess the issue. He quickly spotted the cracked vent, patched it and was back 2 days later with a proper replacement. He was quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with.

I would definetly hire him again if/when needed.
