Did you know these folks are also a contractor? Had a new roof added, a new restroom upgrade and some storm damage repair. A few years back, also a septic tank upgrade and repair. Work was exceptional, work was performed by local men, and price was fair. These are my go to for repairs, upgrades beyond my individual abilities and my first stop for supplies. Keeping it local!

Guy behind desk complained that he was losing money on my credit card transaction under $10... As I said nevermind then and put the item back on the shelf he said wait a minute, I’ll take $5.

Thats no way to treat customers. No matter the amount. Save yourself the trouble, go to Kershaw Hardware.

In 2009, this company placed out of code/ordinance equipment in my home. We didn't find this out until last week. Do not hire this company. They do great work on white people's homes, but come to my home that we OWN and installed the water heater to were we couldn't get to it. It was never covered up, but when those people left, it was covered and inaccessible. I had The Hinson Brothers to come out and look at it, they asked who did voodoo under my kitchen sink? Ralph Jones Crew @ Builder Supply in Kershaw, SC. Then when called to talk to someone, i was referenced to as girl. This was breech of contract, A VA home grant was given to my father, when those documents were signed, you agreed to remodel it up to code up to ordinance. Your work is horrible to say the least.
