Taylor came out to our home on Sunday to do an inspection we requested. He explained the damage that was noticed and how it could affect our home going forward. From there he walked us through the claim process and assured us that he will be fighting for us through the entire process. I worked with Jared previously for a roofing project back in 2017. He is very professional and keeps his word.
So, when it came down to roof damage in 2024 for a different home; I approached him. He was quick to provide all details to the insurance company and get the claim approved. He made it all smooth for me as he took care of all paperwork and most of the communication with the insurance adjuster.

I will easily recommend him for any roofing work you may need. I am planning to get gutters done with him as well.

Division 1 roofing replaced our roof on 9/14/2024. Mason worked with us from the start. There was some bumps with our insurance company but he was always there for us. The crew did an amazing job. They put a new roof on our home, out building and shed. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

When we moved in, we had really hard storms hitting us, and at the time I thought it was no big deal. But when I first saw our leak in the house, I was really worried. My mom was even more worried, so she panicked and rushed to find estimates for roofers to fix our roof, that’s when she found Division 1 Roofing, and Mason. Mason, from my perspective, made everything really easy for my mom to understand, and I felt like I could see the worry in her, fade away. Everything was super quick, and I feel like in just a matter of a couple of months, my mom was so excited for her new roof, asking me for what colors and everything. Within about 4 months, my mom was worried, relived, excited, and over filled with joy. Now we have a new roof, and I don’t have to worry about anymore leaks. The roofers were very quick, kind, and did an awesome job. the company did such a great job of handling this, and I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, Mason was on it!!
We just bought this house a year ago, well when the storms came through hard in February, that started a leak in the house. I did what any new homeowner would do and paniced!!!
I searched around, looking for my 3 estimates. Division 1 was my last one. It's true when they say 3rd times a charm.
Mason came out, calmed me down, explained everything to me as if I was in kindergarten! He was there through 5 different claims adjusters, giving the run around of a life time, but he didn't back down or give up!!
Now finally after 4 months of the back and forth, I have a new roof! The roofers were awesome!! Very friendly, asking if I had any questions, asking my opinions. They were very clean and didnt leave a mess!! I felt very comfortable with this company and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks Mason and the Division 1 team!!

Thaddeus came out today to assess our roof and it was a great experience. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. No pressure sales and it was overall great experience.

Hire someone else. I’m being sent weekly emails asking for supplemental money which I never agreed to. Contractor is threatening to send to collections. Refuses to provide any documentation justifying their request for more money.
After contract signing, the contractor came back with a request for $1,500 additional for items already under contract. I agreed to pay $750 of the amount just wanting the job done.
Actual roof install. Trash was left in my driveway that the roofers said they would come back for. Threw it out ourselves the following week since it was a safety hazard for kids. (Sharp metal). Roof is not installed to GAF specifications either. But seems like a common practice to extend shingles past the drip edge. Not a big deal since shingles are obviously structural. (Metal drip edge supports/protects edge of shingle.)
I’ll update with what comes of the extra payment they are requesting.

Mason Walker came out and got measurements for new siding. Colors came in perfect and he supervised the entire project. Div. 1 totally transitioned the appearance of our home from a an old pale blue to this gorgeous dark grey. Thank you D1.

I had a great experience with Division 1 Roofing. After some storm damage, they were quick to look over the roof, work with my insurance, and get contractors out to replace the roof. It was a seamless experience, couldn’t have been easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very good experience with Michael and the team with Division 1 roofing. We had an awful hail storm that left holes in our siding, and gutters, and needed roof repairs. Michael helped us through each step and kept me informed about the crew, the materials, and the entire timeline of the project. Our home was complete well before most of the neighborhood and looks fantastic!

Manny from D1 initially made contact with me in early March of 2024. I had initially noted some damage and loose shingles due to wind and he conducted an inspection of my roof and helped me start the claims process. Manny was very helpful in getting things up and running and explaining the process. Unfortunately State Farm decided not to be helpful in the process. Manny was my guide, we made our moves together and coordinated the best course of action. After a bit we finally got the roof approved and it was installed today 06/24/2024 by an excellent crew. Manny and D1 were communicative, professional and helpful all along the way. I’ve recommended them to friends and family alike and they helped my friend get his house fixed up as well. If I ever needed help again for something similar Manny and D1 would be my first call.

This place is a scam, they teach people how to make your roof look worse so they can collect your insurance money. And they only have 5 star rating because they send you to a site that crashes if you pick any other option. Do not trust them, if they would do that, they will do anything to make a buck.

So very well done from beginning to end. All questions answered without ANY delay. The work was done effectively and efficiently with no hassle along the way. Mason's crew "nailed" it LITERALLY!

Division 1 Roofing (Moraine) is reliable and honest. We have been concerned about our roof since buying it recently. The previous owners said it was new and we just wanted it checked out! A representative came to do an inspection for free! They provided pictures of areas we had a concern and gave us reassurance we needed! No charge!
Honestly, they could have convinced us otherwise, just to make a buck, and we would never know! They will have our trust, if we ever do need them!
