I called up to check the status of my license renewal that I sent in almost four weeks ago, and they couldn’t tell me the status of it, and the lady was very rude for no obvious reason.
It took them 1 month 3 weeks to issue my Master license after I passed my test, which is an unreasonable delay.
I showed up at 4 and was told they were already closed. I drove all the way from Louisville.

I’ve called several times over the years, with the same lady and she’s always been so hateful!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Kentucky Department of Housing, Building and construction. It took them 1 month 3weeks to issue my Master license after I passed my test, which is an unreasonable delay. The staff, (not all the staff) but especially a woman named Tina Quire, were extremely unprofessional. Tina was the worst person I have ever dealt with, exhibiting a snobby and overbearing attitude. I’m sorry if anyone else has to put up with her.

It’s disheartening to see such behavior from a state department that is supposed to support and facilitate the future of Kentucky business owners. The department needs significant improvements in both efficiency and customer service.

Said they didn't close til 4:30. I showed up at 4 and was told they were already closed. I drove all the way from Louisville. Website said nothing. Google said nothing. All I get is a security guard telling me I'm screwed. This is not okay. You expect me to pay your salaries to never be able to get anything done. This is pathetic.
