Love these guys. Had a steep 12/12 pitch yesterday, guys showed up early before I had the roof peak entirely prepped for the load. Normally this would force loading onto existing roof. As tear off and water proofing before a load is essential. Moving bundles repeatedly on steep roofs is a waste of time, money and work.
Instead I was personally handed what was necessary, met with smiles and patience.
40 minutes later the roof was entirely loaded and the remainder of my job will be swift. (Unless this damn snow persists)
There isn't always room in their schedule for this but they don't earn a dime by waiting.

I received excellent service from this company. Delivery was prompt and on time. Two pleasant delivery guys even carried the heavy rolls of roofing material to a shed some distance from the road.

This has been my go-to roofing supplier for over a decade. The only issues I've ever had has been inconsistency between what their computer says for stock and what their actual stock is.

The office staff here are super friendly - as is expected with a family business - and super accommodating. They aren't always the cheapest, but the complete service you get greatly offsets that.

Both locations have great managers who are more than happy to help out with questions regarding products. The downtown location has a extremely skilled roofer on its staff, which is an invaluable asset for people with specific installation and system questions.

Their crane operators are skilled and they have a surprising selection for both tools and materials (despite the sporadic stocking issues).

They're a fantastic alternative to the bigger chains on the island - shop local!

Knowledgeable staff and great selection of material from torch-on to shingles and everything in between. These guys will even duplicate an existing flashing design for you. Highly recommend!

It is easy to give a company a good review when everything goes smoothly, but I think that it is even more important to know how a company handles the situation when things don't go quite as planned.

Recently, after Ken's Roofing Supplies delivered a load of shingles and other supplies to my home, I noticed some minor damage to my property caused by the delivery truck. This was a simple accident and was not caused by any malice or neglect.

When I contacted the company and sent a couple of photos, Alex responded immediately. The company took responsibility and we came to a quick and very reasonable agreement to get the damage repaired. The repairs were dealt with very quickly and very much to my satisfaction.
