You will NOT find a better company to work with. I called at around 10 in the morning, and Alejandro was there to check everything out at 4:30 the same day. Within 2 days I had an estimate that was much lower than I was expecting, and I even added an automatic dehumidifier. Alejandro and his crew are the best. Within 3 hours after turning the dehumidifier on. the dehumidifier had dropped the humidity under my house by almost 50%. Yanil is a pleasure to work with and even returned a call that I made by mistake while giving a friend their number, just to make sure I didn't have a problem. Kendal Multi-Services peformed a major air seal for my attic and then increased the amount of insulation to reach an R value of R38. The job also included installing an attic door tent. They are very easier to interact with and did an excellent job. When finished, they cleaned up and left everything in great shape. I would definitely recommend them.
