When looking for a new vehicle I was contacted by a great salesman Wyatt. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for and made the sales process easy and stress free!

I came to Kemna Ford from Des Moines today to have a protectant applied to my new car. Everyone was great, and I highly recommend them. Living in a metro, it is easy to forget how things are done differently in small towns. They were on time, friendly, and the owner even came over to me to introduce himself. I can't remember the last time at Mercedes or BMW dealerships I've frequented I've had the owner stop by to talk to me. The body shop manager was great, and a special shout out to the person who applied the product to my car. It is the little things that I noticed that added up to a good experience. My wife said next time we need a car for our daughter we should go there...just might do that.

I just had surgery and so driving is not an option. Kemnas had someone come to my house and change my oil for me. Destiny Smith helped me with setting it up and she did amazing! Great customer service. I never talked to the mechanic but my husband did and said he was very nice. Thanks kemna!

Stopped here to charge up our EV. The charge was fast and the accommodations were wonderful. They offered pop or water and the bathrooms were spotless. So appreciated a comfortable place to wait.

I went in today for my prepaid maintenance they didn't fill my windshield washer fluid and didn't vacuum the drivers side. I pointed this out and they didn't even apologize some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Glad I've only got 1 oil change left there and I'll never do business with kemna ever again.

You guys realize the cost of living is lower over here $26,000 for a truck lorentz 600 bucks and that's on the high end how the heck you're supposed to buy a $26,000 truck.

I was in to service my Cadillac and get tires mounted and balanced. Work was done in a timely fashion and the staff was very hospitable, would definitely recommend Kemna as your one-stop shop for automotive needs.
