The roof installation was very professional. The staff was very professional working very hard for the entire shift. They cleaned up after the end of the day leaving the surrounding area free of debris. I found the workers very pleasant and anxious to please. I highly recommend this company.

Kelley Restoration did new roofs for several buildings in our townhome community. Their crews were hardworking, diligent and thorough with their cleanup. Watching them work was impressive. They have systems for ensuring that they get as many of the materials and nails up and off the ground as possible. I would recommend them highly.

Kelley Restoration, Inc. replaced the roof on our townhouse and others in our neighborhood. They were friendly and did good work quickly without starting before 8am. They worked later than I expected (pretty much until sunset) to get everything done.

They did a great job with clean-up and tried to make sure we were able to use our driveway when necessary. I would definitely recommend them if you need a new roof!

As a townhouse association, we hired Kelley Restoration to install 21 new asphalt roofs, including gutters for the residents. We went through a detailed vetting process evaluating seven vendors and selected KELLEY RESTORATION. We assessed based on the quality, brand of shingle, warranty on workmanship, price, ratings, and references. We are more than halfway done with the job and could not be more pleased. Since the beginning of the process, we have been delighted, starting with a walk-around, formal proposal, addressing questions quickly, contracting, and installation. During the installation, the teardown, install, and cleanup is done professionally and each night, the job site is kept clean. As roofs were completed, a walk-around was conducted and a few concerns were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for the remaining roofs over the next few years.

Kelley Restoration recently completed a new roof, all new gutters, and downspouts for my entire row of townhouses where I live. They worked quickly and respectfully, as it's not a very neat task to replace a roof. They were respectful and very easy to communicate with. His customer service was exceptional and any questions or concerns I had, he was easy to get a hold of. They cleaned up all the materials in a timely fashion. I'm 100% satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone that needs roof work done.

Keith helped us out by covering up a chimney we knocked down and installing an attic roof vent. Very professional and reasonable. He was easy to communicate with and discuss the project!

Their pricing is very competitive and materials are high quality. The crew that came to install the roof was excellent. Roof and facia was installed in two days and the gutters and downspouts on another day. Everything looks great and they cleaned up the site well. Would definitely recommend!

Met w Keith about replacing my 25 year old roof. Never have I experienced doing a project that was hassle free. This was a first for me. From the first sit down w Keith to his his final walk thru w me after the roof was installed this project was hassle free. His timetable was spot on n his crew did the project in 1 day.
