I strongly recommend Kelley Construction of Sumter; I had suffered roof damage from TS Helene's high winds and was worried about the forecasted wind gust from Hurricane Milton, Brenda and Shaun were able to schedule me in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and finished it all in one day. After getting some quotes from a couple companies for a metal roof that were astronomical, I was extremely happy to have been recommended Kelley Construction. Their price for a shingle roof was more than fair and they made sure to use the best materials for the job as well. The job took them only 1 day and they made sure to not only fix the leaks that I had, but also improve my roof by adding a ridge vent as well. You can see in my photos that I had vents with many leaks around them. It was a large issue and no insurance companies would insure the property in this condition. After the amazing work from Kelley Construction, I was able to get a great insurance price the next day. Couldn’t be happier with my investment and will definitely be working with Kelley Construction again in the future.

Brenda came to our house. She talked with me about the products they use. She gave me a starting date and time, and an approximate finish time. She handed me an estimate right then. After checking prices, I knew she was giving me a good value.
Her crew and she arrived at precisely 9:00 am and they were finished by 4:00pm with our gutters and guards. She had Shaun check out my roof to see if it was damaged and if a replacement was needed.

Every single review on here about this company is 100% accurate! We discovered some wood rot on our roof through the attic, bad enough that simply touching it exposed the shingles above. I reached out via there website on Christmas Eve and was promptly contacted by Brenda first thing(9am) on Tuesday. She came out that day to assess the damage and was back the following morning with a crew to repair it. They were polite, professional and identified another issue, which more then likely caused the issue for the leak and repaired it all within a few hours. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I do not have a negative thing to say about them and would highly recommend you contact them should you be in need of anything roof related.

I reached out to a Kelley Construction last year to receive a quote. Unfortunately, the insurance gave me the run around and told me a tree was the cause of missing shingles. I had my roof redone in 2014 when a hail storm hit. In February 2021, shingles just slid off the roof. I called Kelley Construction and spoke with Shuan. Told him what was going on and he went to look at my roof the next day and sent a crew out that same day to repair my roof. He was professional and polite and got the job done. When the job was complete, he sent pics and told me what the cause of the problem was. The previous contractor did not nail the shingles to code and that's why they fell off. I HIGHLY recommend Kelley Construction if you are like me and appreciate a honest hardworking companies.
