Amazing customer service, great price, and quality work. Got my roof redone with them early last year, and they quoted me thousands under what others were. They also offered to reseal our covered patio and added a connection to the roof so it would stop leaking for free. They had a quick turnaround and cared more about our roof than we did. The roof looks great, and I'm super happy with our experience.

Needed emergency repair due to tree limb through roof and heavy rain expected that afternoon. Keith and crew arrived within 2 hours. They removed limb, cut it up, and hauled it to curb. Then they put a water tight temporary patch on hole. They saved me $$$$hundreds in water damage. I highly recommend.

We just got our new roof installed last week. Kieth was extremely professional, reasonably priced and highly recommended throughout my town. He has been in the roofing business for a very long time and knows what he is doing and it shows! Our roof was installed within a day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Keith Stern roofing has done a few roofs for me and does a GREAT job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

I've used Keith Stern roofing twice. Once was for a repair job that was beautifully done.

The second time was a total roof replacement including two skylights in December of 2020. It's been a year since the roof install and every time I see my incredible new roof, I say to myself I need to review and thank Keith Stern Roofing.

Keith came out early on and helped us select the perfect and best shingle and gave us addresses to check out how that shingle and others we were considering looked on a house. A couple months later the roofing crews showed up, bright and early. Keith directed the entire install, even instructing the shingle truck how to protect overhanging oak limbs while backing up the driveway. He designed a new way of flashing certain gable/roof points where traditional flashing would not work. He redesigned and rebuilt the chimney and the cricket behind it. He repaired the existing 45-year-old chimney cap since it still worked and looked better than the new ones we were considering.

His crew is excellent and have been with Keith many years They take the same approach to excellence and detail as Keith himself. They even crawled into my attic space to repair an exhaust vent that was compromised by the previous roof install 17 years ago.

Unlike the usual 2-3 days installation of most roofers. Keith Stern was on my roof almost 9 days before leaving. Excellence and attention to detail takes time.

Keith also recommended a gutter installer which I used and was extremely pleased with.

I could go on and on about the workmanship and quality of Keith Stern Roofing. A+++

Stern Roofing installed the roof on my house shortly before I bought it. I noticed some issues a few days ago and thought I had a roof leak. Keith came out the day after I called to assess the roof. Long story short there is no leak but another issue I need to address. He explained everything to me and let me know what I need to do to fix the problem. My roof has held up very well with all the storms and rain we get. Stern Roofing is reliable, responsive, professional and kind. Give them a call and see for yourself.

We heard from Keith Roofing at our church and had started the process with another company for a new roof. The prices were much better with Keith Roofing and the experience Keith had was much greater. Another thing was that Keith wasn’t doing your normal sales speeches, he was straight forward on what you will need and won’t recommend you to buy something even if you ask for it. The job was done in 2 days and had no major issues. There was a minor detail at the edge which I noticed later on after the project completion. I told Keith and he came and corrected the very minor detail himself in an appropriate timely manner. I definitely recommend Keith Roofing to anyone interested in getting a new roof.

Mr Stern was here promply the day we called him. He gave us an estimate and wrote up a contract that included things I was not await if. He sealed the roof the next day and started working on it with a crew of professional who had been with him for years in three days. The crew worked hard for two days. They cleaned up everything! It was almost as if they had not come. The roof is beautiful and to tell the truth, Mr. Stern chose the color. I am so grateful for his help.and a special thanks to his remarkable crew.

Keith came to my house & inspected my roof for wind damage. He provided me with valuable information as to what my roof required, directions to deal with my insurance company and then performed the work with professionalism and quality materials. If you want a fabulous quality roof done, then Stern Roofing is the place!!! Several of my friends have had their roof done by Stern, and highly recommended him and I'm so glad I listened! Keith inspects the roof himself, he doesn't send someone else to do the job. I had my chimney rebuilt, fascia replaced, the complete roof redone, to code. there is no dumpster left in your driveway each day, the truck is removed and everything cleaned up, daily. Everything was done right before the storm and done to perfection, with Keith inspecting all of the work performed, each day. They did a fabulous job and went above and beyond on everything repaired and replaced. I had a small leak. I contacted several roofers to come out for repair estimates. I chose Keith Stern for the following reasons. He looked at the photos I took from inside my attic where the leak was occurring. He looked at my roof and in less than ten minutes he told me what the problem was and how he would repair it. The price was fair. He supervised the work personally and came out for a final check to make sure everything was done according to his instructions. I highly recommend his company.

Please let it be known that Keith Stearns roofing did an excellent job on our roof. He repaired every detail that was an issue and the new roof looks great. He did not miss a thing and he himself came out to make sure that everything was taken care of . We have an old house with many issues . It was not an ordinary roof replacement.
Mr. STearns is a man of integrity. I won't give details of how this came to be revealed but please know he demonstrated his good character. All of his workers were Respectful and diligent. The clean up crew was so good that they reminded me of a The Cat in the Hat . they came in like A cleaning machine.

Keith and company did my roof several years ago,since then a problem has occurred..Called Keith in December talked to a lady who stated Keith had surgery and was recouping..I can understand the recouping part for sure.Been there done that.He hasn't got back yet after I have left several messages..I'm hoping he's OK and sees this review and gets back to me on this problem..
