We had a great experience with our roofing project. Keeter responded to our storm damaged roof quickly, placing weather-proofing until they could replace the entire roof. The replacement was done in a day and looks great. Later they returned and replaced our guttering which had also been damaged. We are very satisfied with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Installed Hardie board siding, painting and gutters with leaf protection. From start to finish a real professional job with clean up thru out the day. Employees friendly and always willing to explain what they were doing. Water runoff was an issue with this house, so guttering placement was really important. They resolved all my issues, and the job turned out beautiful. The curb appeal is really amazing, and all the neighbors love the new look. They did a very professional job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Due to the recent storms I had some roof damage that needed repair and I needed it done quickly as I was preparing to sell my house. Keeter came out to inspect the roof the same day and they were able to locate some of these rare high impact tile shingles and one of their workers (Hyman) came out the very next day and fixed my roof. It was very affordable. Dillon coordinated this whole repair and I just can't say enough good things about Keeter Roofing. They were extremely quick to get to me and got the repairs completed when all the other companies I called were going to take several days before they could even come take a look and inspect the roof. Keeter recently did the roof and gutters on my 100 year old house. It had four layers of old roofing including two layers of original cedar shingles. It's hard to imagine that this is the first time the roof has been done right. The crew showed up and did the tear-off, decking and shingles in 12 hours. A week later the gutters were done in 3 hours. My thanks to Justin, Juan and Gene for working with me and making this project a breeze. The biggest problem I have is that I don't get to see it much like the neighbors across the street. However, they just finished having Keeter do their siding and it's beautiful. So, I'm sending a pic of both and thanks to everyone at Keeter for a job well done.

I was impressed with Daryn Keeter from the get go. He didn’t just show up knowing it was just another job he could make money on. Quite the contrary. The first words out of his mouth after introductions were “I really don’t want you to have to replace your roof”. Wow, here is a guy who makes his living off of roofing and remodeling and he was offering me an alternative to replacing my roof! But after he assessed the roof he agreed it needed to be replaced. He then took the time to explain each and every detail of how his crew would install the roof. He didn’t just write an estimate and leave.

The roofing crew did an excellent job. Each person knew what their job was and went about it. From tear off to completion it went smoothly. Daryn was here that day also to make sure The ice and water dam installation was done the way he wanted it done. There was a small hiccup when some step flashing was being installed under a fascia where it met the roof. The cement board fascia broke. Daryn immediately was on the phone and had his siding guy here and replaced the broken fascia. Since I had the paint they even painted it.

The communication from Daryn, the roofing crew lead and the office staff was excellent.

From there the communication with the office was perfect and scheduling was spot on. The installation crew was very professional, they did a great job on the roof and clean up afterwards. I could not vent my roof with a fan. Scott, from Keeter Roofing, came up with the solution and now my house is much cooler and my air conditioner doesn't need to work as much or as hard. The work was done expeditiously, neatly, and professionally.

I have worked with Keeter Roofing three different times and they have been amazing to work with every time. They are patient with me when I want more information and need time to decide how I want to move forward. I had a big metal grate to get rid of that they generously hauled away for me at no charge. They always follow up with me (instead of me having to track them down to follow up). They complete the work we agree upon and the quality holds up. This is the kind of company you wish you could find when you are trying to pick someone to do any sort of work for you. They are committed to their customers and the work they do is first rate. They also like to use the best materials available. Their crews have been with them for a long time and know how to a great job. They stick to the kind of work at which they excel.
Why so complementary? Here’s my story. We approached them saying our first priority was a new roof. It was old and we saw a leak around a skylight. Our second priority was siding. The 30 year old Masonite was looking it’s age but not causing any problems we knew about. They inspected our house and then sat down with us. You could see the hesitation. Dayrn told us that he thought we had our priorities backward. Yes, the roof needed repairs, but didn’t need a total replacement. But, he said, we needed to address the siding. This is the point where you have to decide who you trust. I am very glad I realized that this was a person who knew a lot more than I did and was trying to give his best advice even if it conflicted with my original thoughts. We agreed to the contract. During the course of the project they uncovered structural problems that were due to a water leak in an outside wall that started with the original construction and were getting progressively worse. A new roof would not have revealed this problem and allowed it to be fixed. I think an expert can see problems that are not obvious to the common person and sometimes you just have to trust them.

Keeter was excellent to work with they were fast to get our project done they did it right and just all around good people to work with that show they care.

During recent high winds the downspout came off of the back of our Kansas Firefighters Museum. Because of the height of the building it was not a job we wanted to attempt on our own. We contacted Keeter Roofing & Remolding about fixing it for us. Gene came out and repaired the downspout in no time. He was very personable as well as professional. We couldn't be happier!!

Darren and his crew were very helpful in our first meeting; they pointed out some problem areas that needed to be addressed, including an area not repaired correctly by a previous contractor. They ran into some decking and frame rot, and immediately got us out to look over the problems caused by a leaky area. They repaired this area, as well as the other area, making everything look and function correctly. Keeter Roofing went above and beyond to make sure our facility is safe from rain and storm. We are blessed to have their expertise and knowledgeable staff working for us. We thank them for their help!

We had an excellent experience with Keeter Roofing and Remodeling. The siding repair (on the chimney—ugh) was a job we could not find anyone to tackle, but the Keeter team responded quickly to our call. Daryn himself came out with another team member, sized up the situation and gave us a couple of options at different price points. We went for the more permanent solution because we don’t want to have to deal with this inconvenient repair again. While materials were ordered they sent their team over for a temporary fix which we really appreciated, not having to worry about potential leaks during a couple of big storms. When materials arrived the job was arranged; the team completed their work in a matter of hours. Communication from their whole team was outstanding. We knew step by step what was happening and were never left hanging, wondering when or if someone would show up. For customer service, a respectful team, and warrantied workmanship we give Keeter 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Very very pleased with Keeter Roofing. I obtained 3 quotes and selected Keeter mainly because of their extensive itemized details to the scope of the work to be preformed. I assume thaļt all 3 contractors planned to do the same work in the same manner, yet it's much easier to know what to expect when it's All written into your quote.

We had Keeter do our new James Hardie cement siding and could not be happier. They started within the timeline they estimated, the crew was there at sunrise and worked hard all day and left the yard very clean at the end of every day. There were no surprise charges and the people that we were in contact with were all easy to work with and open to us texting/calling them when we wanted to talk or ask a question. No regrets and very happy with the finished product!

We had a leak in our old shake shingle roof. We called and spoke with Eric. He came out the next day and inspected our roof to locate the problem. He explained what we needed, time frame and cost.
His repairman came out and corrected our leak issue quickly and left the area clean and tidy.

Great experience with an excellent team from start to finish.

I hired Keeter to put new vinyl siding on one of my small rental properties that is 99 years old. We had a few bumps along the way and miscommunications, but the end product is a nicely sided house at about 60% of the costs quoted by two other contractors. Oh, and the workers really cleaned up the area around the outside of the house, leaving the yard cleaner than they found it. Scott Graham worked patiently with us to get the job done!

Keeter Roofing did exactly what they were contracted to do and did a very good job. Only negative was they need to learn how to use a paint brush, apparently, they won't paint what they repair.

Initially there were some missed expectations that were initially agreed upon which can be best summed up as communication errors and a small error in the work that in the long run would have caused problems, but Keeter stood behind their promises and addressed every complaint I had and then some. They really went above and beyond to make me happy with the final product and I think that speaks volumes of the pride they take in their business.

We are very happy with the work that done. They came when they said they would be here and cleaned up the mess. Thank you we will have another job this coming spring.

Easy to do business with and fair pricing!

Amazing company and outstanding customer service. Scott Graham kept me in the loop the entire time even if the news was negative, give this man a raise! There was a bit of a stumble with some missed caulking and additional fascia rot that wasn't caught but it took a single phone call to Scott and with a day I was back on the schedule. Within a weeks time a crew was back out to tackle a fairly complex fix.
What pushed this company to the of my list was due to the exceptional service, post job. After my service was concluded, my daughters home sale was falling under shade due to false suggestions of a failing roof from a fly-by-night home inspector. I reached out and Scott saved the day, yet again with his exceptional knowledge and knowhow. He brought his "A" game to prove the roof was solid and was spot on with my daughters roofs' age. I plan to recommend this company to anyone who needs any home repairs and will be suggesting Scott as their contact.
