I have had a roof leak for about 3 weeks now. My roof is under warranty through my condo complex with these guys and I have been trying to set up an appointment for 3 weeks now. They keep saying they’ll call me back to set up an appointment but have not. I’ve now chased them several times now to no success.

Update: finally got Jose’s number (the roofing guy) to set up an appointment. He was over two hours late to this appointment.
