Kole gave me a very reasonable estimate. His team did an outstanding professional job. They finished quicker than I expected and within budget. Very ethical and transparent experience working with KDM Solutions.

KDM Solutions, LLC, is a scam. I signed a contract and gave Kole $10,000. Deposit to start renovations on my house. Every week for 3 plus weeks he tells me he's doing the work. No work started. All I got was a bunch of lies. When I told him I'm revoking the contract for non performance for 30 days. He had a problem.

Now, he shut down his website, he's hadn't answered my calls in over a week. He hadn't responded to my text messages. He tells me that he doesn't want to go to court. But I have no choice but to.

Don't use them.

Kole came out and re-plumbed our kitchen sink drain and hooked up our new reverse osmosis water filtration system. He did an incredible job, and it was an excellent experience. His work was fast, thorough, and well done. It has been over a week, the filtration system is doing great, and we have no leaks. I would highly recommend him for any of your home needs!
