Kaykar Exteriors Custom Decks

Only 1 star because they did respond to my message within 1 day. We set up an appointment, and no one showed up. Waited 2 hrs; no call or text to say they were running late or couldn't make it. Too bad for them; they lost out on 1000 sq ft composite decking project. Absolutely no courtesy towards potential customers. Not recommended.

Great communication from initial quote to completion of work. Arrived on time (actually early) every work day and cleaned up at the end of every work day as well. Attention to detail was excellent (in every way) and Tony made sure to communicate anything that came up along the way that we had not previously discussed. Tony and crew had to travel through our home periodically to do the deck work (two decks on second level of home) and at all times they were very careful of their surroundings and routinely picked up all tools etc... Finished product exceeded expectations! We highly recommend and will use again down the road.

We hired Kaykar to do our pool deck this year and they were amazing! Reasonable pricing, willing to beat the other estimates that we got. They communicated with my husband extremely well on questions that we had during the project and got back the same day with those responses. They worked hard everyday that they came and the deck was done in about a week and half. It is hard to find reliable companies sometimes for jobs and that do the work well. We are VERY happy with our deck and with how this company operates. We plan on hiring Kaykar again for a couple future projects within the next couple years.

Working with Tony and the team at Kaykar is always a joy! He really cares that his customers get the best possible deck and does not let the little details get missed. He is always a great communicator and wants to get things done as efficiently as possible. Do yourself a favor and give him a call!

Tony and his guys were great from start to finish. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly and were highly communicative throughout the entire process. His pricing was competitive and he uses high quality materials. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a deck or other work done. I will definitely use them again.

Tony and his crew by far exceeded my expectations on having a deck built. Very informative and great communication from day one. They did everything they could to make my project affordable as well as taking care of my property. Highly recommend them to build anything.

I had Tony and his KayKar crew build a Screened in porch for me from the ground up (18'x24'). They Did everything from building the deck, to framing out and builing a roof over the deck structure, to framing and installing the screens, installing shingles, gutters and the complete detailing and finish work to completion.
Tony kept me informed every step of the way, and controlled all aspects of cost and time mamagement of this then to any prosect looking to have a deck or porextensive project.
They tied the roof structure into my residence and oversaw all aspects down to the gutter installation. Their finished product far exceeded my expectations in every way.
I would wholeheartedly use KayKar again and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck, porch, or an outer stucture added to their residence.
They were professional in every way and true to their word.
