Bam and Linda were very friendly and helpful in explaining to us how the Lei making kits work. They never seemed rushed and they truly seemed to want to help us make Lei.

There are certain necessities that we always shop at Ace for because they always have what we need in stock for our small business. We know exactly where the items we need are and can go right to it. BUT, if there was something we were looking for that our friends suggested could be found at Ace and we're not sure where it is, their staff ALWAYS asks if we need help and will guide us right to it. Each time we go to shop, we're greeted upon entry and every store associate we see asks if we need assistance! All the cashiers are friendly and pleasant (Linda is exceptional) so we always have a wonderful shopping experience! Excellent customer service!!

From the moment I entered the store, Joe's expertise and genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers shone through.

Local friends said this was the place to go for local handmade gifts. They were right! If you want gifts that weren't made overseas, this is the place.

I have not used the hardware side of this store, but it appears to be well stocked for a variety of crafts.

Very friendly and helpful associates! I needed one 5mm stainless nut and the associate stayed with me and helped me find it. Check out was a breeze, too. There are two areas for parking. Besides the main one in front there is another in the back. Alas, no public/customer restrooms, though.

Best place on the island to get everything you need from fishing supplies to a bbq grill. We worked with Joe and he was super helpful. We will be back for sure.

Great crafts selection. Huge store. Probably has everything imaginable, but was only interested in the crafts department. Found what we needed. Very friendly staff.

Took my sister here because she insisted on buying chicken feed to feed the wild chickens. Thankfully we never got caught. It's illegal to feed the wild chicken on Kauai

Love this store! The employees are always so helpful with our various searches and we can find almost everything we need! Love the crafting section, but good hardware section as well!

Good selection of hardware with a smaller craft selection. However it might be the best craft store on island. It is kept neat and organized.

This is a surprise! The craft selection was excellent, as was their tool and hardware. The combination was great and they had exactly what I needed!

I was frankly amazed at the availability of the crafts selections. I went in for hooks and came out with an entire cart of crafting items. Christmas is covered!

Will drive to Kapaa Ace from now on. Had a little boy who was desperate for a bathroom and the clerk rudely told me there were no public restrooms. I had planned to stay and shop so I asked her if they had a restroom for custumers and she just looked at me and wouldn't respond. My husband said I should have asked where the buckets were.

Pretty solid. Good staff, large store, good selection. Find what I need everytime with exception of mason jars larger than 32oz.

They have everything and more than what I need. We have always found what we needed. I like them better than Home Depot. The employees walking about the store have always been helpful. We love the place.
